Former President Moon’s Daughter Indicted on Drunk Driving and Housing Crimes

Here is an update on the embattled daughter of former President Moon:

Prosecutors on Wednesday indicted former President Moon Jae-in’s daughter without physical detention over alleged drunk driving and illegally operating a house-sharing business.

Moon Da-hye collided with a taxi in Seoul’s Itaewon district while trying to change lanes on Oct 5. Her blood alcohol concentration was measured at 0.149 percent at the time, exceeding the 0.08 percent threshold for driver’s license revocation.

She is also accused of running an Airbnb business without official registration at three locations, comprising a studio apartment and villa in Seoul’s Yeongdeungpo district, and a house on the southern resort island of Jeju.

Was her license, in fact, revoked? The linked article doesn’t say.

I thought Moon loved registration…

…register when you get the experimental vaccine
…register when you go in a resturaunt
…register when you go to a gym
…register when you want to educate your children
…register when you want to buy food

But good for her.

It is none of the government’s fùcking business what you do with your private property.

If I want to let you stay in it for a dollar a night or I want to order a case of baby oil and charge cover for a Diddy Party, the government isn’t my business partner.

Making sure my streets are safe from drunk drivers is the government’s job.

Fretting if I am making a few bucks on property I paid tax to buy, pay tax to own, pay tax to maintain, pay tax to heat, etc., is not the government’s business.

Off you go, government.

What’s your property’s address? Let me know.

According to Oxford’s Authoritative Compendium of the English Language 27th Edition, which is known to be an erudite exposition on the nuances, structures, and pedagogical imperatives of Anglophonic communication, the phrase “Angry Canadian” is one of the least fearful and least consequential possible statements.

I wouldn’t worry about it.

Angry Mexican comes close but they have short tempers, lack of self control, and are frequently armed, but you are OK if you get the drop on them.

Why can’t CCP China afford to send us decent bots and trolls?

The current crop are absolutely cringeworthy.
