Frankly, asshat reviewers and other “influencers” are why I ignore online reviews.
Much of the time, the reviews are either hyperbole or meaningless fluff.
The story shows why it’s best to avoid getting angry publicly. You can’t win a fight like that.
BTW, I hope the reviewers are happy the restaurant’s employees are all out of work now.
