This Lee dude really wants the dictatorship back, doesn’t he?

Luckily we’re not there yet, but Yoon and his company want to follow the US/Trump example.

The US human rights is now deteriorating. We’re now starting to see Americans abroad, filing for refugee status in foreign countries, afraid of political persecution.

illegal immigrant staying in luxury New York hotels on the taxpayer’s dime?

Fact check: This is another ‘dogs and cats’ type accusation based on made-up lies.

Anyway, they were all deported without due process, or they’re in concentration camps, so I wouldn’t use that as a good example.

GI Korea, you just don’t understand the science.

The article made many things clear.

While there was not enough FEMA money for disaster relief for Americans in need, this has nothing to do with illegal aliens. The money given to illegal aliens was from an entirely different FEMA budget. So that is OK.

Further, most of the expenditure on illegal aliens doesn’t come from federal funds. It comes from state funds. And their taxes are different. So that is OK.

Once you understand the science, it all makes more sense.

Also: People keep getting my hopes up about concentration camps for illegals but… none. Gitmo even has more camping than concentration.

Here we have an inexpensive renewable source of reseach subjects to help us develop the next generation of mRNA vaccines and we mostly just send them home.

This is the type of fraud, waste, and abuse that must end.

What about corruption? Today’s Korean news says the Korean negotiation team in the US, was asked for bribes from the slimy Sec. of Commerce, Howard Ludnick, just to be in a good bed with Trump. The Korean officials said ‘no’.

Now I’ve heard of everything. But this is the kind of corruption that happens when a strongman can decide everything by himself.

KM is just butthurt because they cut off the funding for his rancid world views and now he needs to find a job…

I have a suggestion that’s easier than “learn to code”:

It is almost an absolute that only black American government officials ask for bribes.

Korean accusations of white bribe requests are lies based on a Korean worldview.

If the accusations had been that the white American government official had asked for a book deal, a speaking engagement, a place on the board of directors, or had some of their paintings for sale, I would be much less skeptical.

Korean Man, what human rights has any lost in America other than the ability to be a criminal illegal immigrant staying in luxury New York hotels on the taxpayer’s dime

So now is falling for right wing fake news and misinformation?

Say it aint so!

On the other hand, this does confirm suspicions that has been an extreme right-wing figure pretending to be a moderate conservative all along.

Who knows maybe he created the Russiabots or maybe he’s himself the master Russiabot.

GI, by now you must realize that KM, KP, and, to lesser extent Stephen, make broad sweeps of their tar brush and never respond to questions.

I don’t know if it’s because they lack the wit or if, as I have suggested for months, they really are just mouthpieces for the CCP.

But they provide enough evidence that their intentions are merely to fill up your blog.

Not saying they should be silenced; but all of us, when asked by you to explain ourselves, should be willing and able to do so.

You forgot two of the worst forms of corruption in American politics, “lobbying fee” and “political donation”.

@Korean Man, your link you left verified everything I said illegal immigrants staying in luxury hotels

Where in the link does it say they were living in opulence and “luxury”?
They were put there temporarily because the other option was the streets. Anyway, it’s past now. You guys are now putting people away and making them disappear.

A Canadian woman with a valid work visa to the US, who was stopped at the US border, simply disappeared after the ICE arrested her for no reason. Her family traced her to a dark prison cell, in confinement with 30 other prisoners, in horrendous conditions, with no bed, sleeping on the concrete floor.

https://www.missioncityrecord.com/news/canadian-woman-being-held-in-us-detention-centre-in-terrible-conditions-says-father-7879867

Horrible human rights abusing ICE. It’s only a matter of time deaths in those prison cells start happening. Preventing them to contact their families, and instead of just simply refusing them entry into the country, arresting them and throwing them in horrible prison camps…. wow you guys have stooped to new lows. How far are you people going to go next? Gulags? Death camps?

And then there are reports of Europeans from Germany also getting arrested and mistreated by ICE.

ICE made an honest mistake in making those detentions.

In fairness, they were not aware the subjects were white.

They thought they were MS-13.

your link you left verified everything I said illegal immigrants staying in luxury hotels on the taxpayers dime:

Your comments make it look like

a) The illegal immigrants being detained are “criminals”
b) They are staying in luxury rooms in luxury five star hotels

However, Korean Man’s link does not mention that these immigrants or migrants who did enter the US illegally are “criminals”, such as gang members and/or drug smuglers, which you are implying they are.

Nor does Korean Man’s link state that they are staying in luxury rooms in luxury hotels. It seems that they are being housed in cheap hotels and motels until the government figures out what to do.

In other words, , you’re taking an ordinary news story and distorting it into fake news and misinformation to align with your far-right narrative, much like others in your extreme right-wing circle

No doubt you are a part of the MAGA and Setnaffarian crowd that will contribute to the eventual decline of the USA.

You said it right there.

“Illegal” immigrants is your first clue they are criminals.

“Legal” immigrants are the ones who are not criminals by default.

Entering a country illegally is generally considered a violation of immigration laws, but whether it’s classified as a “criminal” act depends on the country and its laws.

In many countries, entering illegally is treated as a civil offense rather than a criminal one. For example, in the United States, illegal entry is often considered a civil violation, though there are certain circumstances where it can become a criminal offense (such as re-entering after being deported).

In other countries, illegal entry can be treated as a criminal offense, potentially leading to fines, detention, or even imprisonment.

Laws and penalties vary greatly from one country to another, and there may be factors like intent, prior violations, or circumstances surrounding the entry that affect how the act is treated legally.

So, when it comes to illegal entry into the United States, are you suggesting that it’s being classified as a ‘criminal act’ as part of some racially motivated agenda?

“So, when it comes to illegal entry into the United States, are you suggesting that it’s being classified as a ‘criminal act’ as part of some racially motivated agenda?”

Probably not.

I don’t want the Irish coming to America either and they are marginally white.

Now that we have gone through the obligatory racist aspect, let’s bicker over illegal immigration being a crime or more like a traffic ticket.

As your cursory search on ChatGPT pointed out, it is a civil offense.

But, the pitfall of using tools with a leftist bias is that you become both biased and wrong.

While overstaying a visa is a civil offense, it turns out that entering illegally is both a civil and criminal offense.

8 U.S.C. § 1325 makes it a crime to unlawfully enter or re-enter the United States.

You would know this if you were paying attention, as this has been stated in many interviews.

This is why they are called illegal aliens rather than civil infractor aliens.

To summarize, “illegal entry” into the United States is a criminal act and race plays no part of it.

But Chicken Head

It seems you neglected to look into this;

8 U.S.C. §§ 1325 and 1326 were passed in the late 1920s during the height of the eugenics movement to further racist and white supremacist ideology, and the racist intentions of the laws are still felt today. Justice Department data shows how prosecutions for unauthorized reentry disparately impact Mexican and Latinx individuals: roughly 94 percent of people prosecuted for unauthorized reentry in fiscal years 2020-21 were from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.1

Unauthorized Entry & Re-entry Prosecutions | NIPNLG

In other words, you are using racism to justify criminal prosecution of people who are not criminals.

Korean Person

There’s also this;

Prosecuting People for Coming to the United States | American Immigration Council

Physical presence in the United States without proper authorization is a civil violation, rather than a criminal offense. This means that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can place a person in removal (deportation) proceedings and can require payment of a fine, but the federal government cannot charge the person with a criminal offense unless they have previously been ordered deported and reentered in violation of that deportation order.

Since the people in question were caught in the USA without proper authorization, it’s obviously a civil violation.

“roughly 94 percent of people prosecuted for unauthorized reentry in fiscal years 2020-21 were from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.”

Cries of racism no longer have power.

And repeating irrational lefitst talking point do nothing.

For every cry that criminal prosecutions disproportionately affect brown people, there is a cry that brown people make up a disproportionate number of criminals.

Come back to me when white people start illegally flooding across the border but the law is only enforced on the browns.

Or consider how few blacks are prosecuted for crossing the border. Clearly no racism, right?

ChickenHead

It was terrible to read your link.

I can’t believe illegal immigrants would be sent to a federal prison, far away from their children.

But it is to be expected.

Brown people aren’t really deep thinkers, so this type of irresponsibility is to be expected.

These type of people really only indetstand instant gratification and instant punishment.

Perhaps instead of prison, a solid flogging followed by deportation back to their families would be better.

Do it for the children.

As regards illegal aliens living in the USA, if they bring their own money and cause no other crimes, no one would care.

But they often, especially those from certain Central and South American countries, are members of criminal organizations that prey on other illegals and on other vulnerable members of society.

In addition, since many of them try to work, they and their employers violate Social Security laws, each count a 5-year felony. And often they piggy back on an actual citizen’s Social Security number causing other issues, ID Theft (another 5-year felony), and a host of other issues.

Maybe the “Definitely not a chinabot” is actually an illegal alien who came for the welfare check?
