Samuel Paparo Jr. warned the withdrawal or reduction of American troops from South Korea would raise a “higher” likelihood of a North Korean invasion, while U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) Commander Gen. Xavier Brunson said a troop reduction would be “problematic.”
