This photo, released by North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency on April 16, 2025, shows North Korean people taking part in a ceremony in Pyongyang’s Hwasong area the previous day to mark the dedication of 10,000 apartments in the third-stage housing section of the newly developed area. The North’s leader Kim Jong-un attended the ceremony on the birth anniversary of his grandfather and national founder Kim Il-sung. (Yonhap)
