I remember Thanksgiving 1981 at Humphreys. I had CQ that day but was relieved for 1 hour by my friend (supply sgt) to go eat. I was an e-3 at the time and was unprepared to see General Wickham there- there was more brass there than enlisted. I was on my best behavior since I was seated with my CO who was a Major.
