Are DUIs much of a problem with military members over in Japan?
I envision the commanders mandating soldiers have to go to the club after hours, due to a decrease in sales, and then the cops sit outside the club waiting and bust them on the way out of the club.
Whoa, I just read the article.
.03 percent is the legal limit?
I think just smelling theraflu would put me at that, or over.
Liz. we are in a draw down. Times like these they always look for more ways to boot folks out. They actually have a procedures play book they pull out and dust off every 15 years or so. Someone gets the hook they can play their cards right and still make a good living with a VA claim and training/education benefits. Navy folks might even be allowed to go to the Army.
