On a similar line as the GBH bust, South Korean cops and prosecutors busted Novartis Korea executives for bribing doctors to prescribe their drugs:
http://www.newsmax.com/World/Asia/AS-South-Korea-Novartis-Corruption/2016/08/13/id/743434/

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Prosecutors indicted the former chief executive of the South Korean unit of Novartis and five other former and current managers over allegations they illegally paid doctors 2.6 billion won ($2.3 million) in return for prescribing the company’s drugs.

I guess they should have stuck with Salon Room girls instead of “Attendance Fees.” Less of a paper trail.

Trump Is After The Anti-Gay Bigot Vote, Apparently
http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_57ac935ce4b0ba7ed23f45d3
“At a Florida gathering of evangelicals, he shared the stage with people who say God is preventing an AIDS cure and warn of “militant homofascism.”
WASHINGTON ― Donald Trump has said he’s the best ally to the LGBT community in this election cycle. The best, just the greatest. All you have to do is “ask the gays” themselves, he’s said.

But he probably didn’t say that Thursday as he surrounded himself with some of the nation’s most extreme anti-gay activists.

Trump promises to repeal Johnson Amendment for Evangelicals that isn’t used against them(Hehehe)

Trump Wants to Make Churches the New Super PACs
http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2016/08/how-trump-is-trying-to-put-more-money-in-politics/493823/
“His promise to repeal the 1954 Johnson Amendment isn’t about free speech—it’s about cash.

Trump has promised to repeal the so-called Johnson Amendment, a 1954 provision that prohibits tax-exempt organizations from participating in political activities. Proposed by then-Senator Lyndon B. Johnson and later revised by Congress, it keeps churches and other non-profits from lobbying for specific causes, campaigning on behalf of politicians, and supporting or opposing candidates for office…”

In Milwaukee, a black cop shot a black thug fleeing a traffic stop who threatened him with a stolen gun in a black neighborhood.

The black residents held a rally to thank the black cop for keeping their neighborhood safe and orderly.

It is considered by political observers to be a real turning point in community/police relations as well as the first step to ending much of the imaginary racism in policing.

Just kidding.

The blacks looted and then burned their own neighborhood, torched cars, shot up cop cars, and beat the shyt out of random white people.

Black Lives Matter isn’t even pretending to be a legitimate social movement anymore.

On a lighter note:
http://mashable.com/2016/08/15/north-korea-beer-festival/#CmL1dSdWHSqY

Near the end of the article was this quote:

In 2008, a New York Times article described the Taedonggang beer as a “full-bodied lager a little on the sweet side, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.” The beer is currently available only in the North and is also distributed in limited quantities in China.

So, CH! Next time you get a squad of Couch Girls, make sure they bring a few dozen cases of Taegonggang to the new location! 😉

Voter Intimidation and determent is against the law and that is what Drumpf is now doing and it seems that is his plan going forward. Even right-wing Extremist and fellow GOPer Ted Cruz has said the same…and then you got right-wing sheriff’s also doing the same…WTF???

Trump’s Counterattacks on GOP’s ‘Failed Washington Elite’ Miss the Mark
https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-counterattacks-gop-failed-washington-214920498.html
“The GOP nominee is brushing aside criticism from dozens of senior Republican foreign policy experts by linking them to miscues that took place after they’d left office.

The mogul’s “America First” foreign policy vision has so far been marked by threats to abandon years of bipartisan agreement on the Israel-Palestine peace process and remove the U.S. from alliances Republicans helped establish and nurture during their years in power. More worrisomely to many Republicans, Trump has also spoken admiringly of strongmen like Russian President Vladimir Putin, with whom the mogul and several of his top aides have murky financial ties, and even complimented ousted dictators like Saddam Hussein.

That’s a far cry from the language in the new Trump statement about pursuing a policy that “stands up to foreign dictators instead of taking money from them” or “seeks peace over war.” He uses both phrases to contrast his positions with those of Clinton, as well as of the letter writers.

The Trump statement also doesn’t address the fact that he himself initially supported the invasion of Iraq and the intervention in Libya even though the mogul now claims that he always opposed them, and argues that they set the stage for the 2012 Benghazi attacks and the rise of ISIS.”

Whatever the case, Trump can get free publicity and link Obama/Hillary to ISIS… as even if they didn’t “start” ISIS drinking tea around the fire with tribal leaders, they sure did create the monster it is today…

…which will be in the public mind once the “they didn’t start ISIS” hype is over and questions arise about how it got so powerful under Hillary’s watch.

Because Bengazi.

While today is the day the 13 waitresses leave the training center, to seek out a new life in South Korea, Fatty Kim has a new embarrassment: One of his Diplomats just skipped out on him!
http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-37097602

A diplomat at the North Korean embassy in London has defected and fled abroad with his family, BBC News understands.

The diplomat, Thae Yong Ho, had served as deputy to the ambassador and was responsible for promoting the image of his country to British audiences.

Remember when North Korea complained to a London Barber Shop about using Kim Jong Un’s pic to represent “Bad Hair Day?” Yeah, this is a bit worse, and both took place in London.

Rats leaving a sinking ship…

Later in the article is this line:

Chae said his association was also pushing for legislation that would make it illegal for new defectors to be interrogated by the NIS without legal representation.

OK, as long as it isn’t Chae and his merry crew of Legal Beagles. An attorney is supposed to represent his client’s best interest. Chae is here to represent North Korea. I see just a bit of a conflict of interest. Is it just me?

Any rational person would have come to the conclusion that he was implying their policies are to blame for ISIS.

CNN, in its infinite wisdom, thinks that it can get the public to believe Trump is so unhinged that he would claim Obama and Hillary were actually at the campfire with tea.

These debates will be interesting. Trump has ample lines of attack against Hillary. I hope he is willing to use them.

I wonder if Hillary can still stand at a podium for over an hour. I hear she’s not doing too well these days.

ChickenHead

Johnnyboy…

Everyone, from the media to Hillary, knows Trump will demolish her in a debate.

Trump is smarter, has far more ammunition, has fantastic killer instincts in competitive interaction, and is much higher energy… and doesn’t seem to require a teleprompter to communicate.

Foremost, any comparison will be between Hillary’s dismal record of things she has actually done and imaginary things Trump is accused of planning to do with imaginary results.

…and he has gotten ahead of the Democrats and is now owning a few of their favorite issues by exposing their hypocrisy and self-conflicting ideology.

With this in mind, the media is scambling to manipulate the polls so a 3rd candidate can join the debate and take a great deal of pressure off Hillary. Trump likely has a plan for this… perhaps mostly ingnoring whatever joker is there and twisting everything back to Hillary.

Whatever the case, it is amusing to see Hillary caught between this rock and hard place… dreadingly forced to have a debate she cannot really win… and which likely will bring further attention to issues she wants forgotten… and perhaps see the attention-getting introduction of new issues.

I had heard that the polls would likely be manipulated to include Johnson in the coming weeks.

This will be a blast to watch. Trump can do some real damage to her if he plays it smart.

It may all be a moot point. I hear something big is coming down the pipes from the FBI. She may be replaced before the cycle is over.

ChickenHead

Pray that Hillary is not replaced.

While it would likely hand Trump the election, it would throw the entire election process into turmoil…

…and a large percentage of the population would consider his presidency illegitimate.

The media would use this to distract from any good he would do and erode any accomplishments they did not agree with ideology.

It is better to watch Hillary deteriorate through the coming weeks as Trump uses these issues to demonstrate to the American public what a truly rotten person she is.

After some percentage of former Hillary voters that are not blinded by believing what they want to believe and switch to Trump, winning him the election, the justice system can have Hillary.

Hopefully Trump will stay far away from that to insure there is no hint of politics involved in the downfall of the Clintons.

Useful Idiots on Parade:
http://www.vanityfair.com/culture/2016/08/louis-cole-vlogger-north-korea?mbid=social_facebook

In the description section of one of his North Korea videos, Cole writes, “I’m trying to focus on positive things in the country and combat the purely negative image we see in the Media.” Which, O.K., sure. But as another vlogger shows us in his own video from the DPRK (vloggers seem to be going there en masse), these videos are meant to capture a very carefully curated vision of a country whose human rights abuses are “without parallel in the contemporary world,” according to Human Rights Watch. Cole has, so far, not really made mention of any of that, choosing instead to go for a light tone, oohing and ahhing over abundant food in a country ravaged by hunger.

If there is anyone who better fits the description of Useful Idiot, I don’t know who they might be. Oohing and Aahing over a canned tour designed to make North Korea look good? Please. And all this is doing is convincing more people to take the canned ride, and pour money into Kim’s bank accounts.

Breitbart Staffers Believe Trump Has Given Money To Site For Favorable Coverage
https://www.buzzfeed.com/mckaycoppins/breitbart-staffers-believe-trump-has-given-money-to-site-for?utm_term=.uxPA988VeN#.wqY39YYz1M
Inside the most pro-Trump news outlet on the right, some employees say the billionaire candidate has provided financial backing in exchange for fawning headlines

…”On the satellite radio program he hosts and via the Breitbart website, Bannon has championed Trump’s agenda, growing so similar in tone that critics have dismissed Breitbart News as “Trumpbart” or “Trump Pravda.”

The site particularly is in sync with Trump’s anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim rhetoric (sample headline on Wednesday: “Pakistani Woman Accused of Forcing Daughter Into Prostiution To Finance Pilgrimage to Mecca”), and Trump’s enduring hostility toward the Republican Party’s “establishment,” most prominently Speaker of the House Paul D. Ryan.

In an interview this year, Bannon referred derisively to Ryan as being “grown in a petri dish at the Heritage Foundation,” the antithesis of the populist grass roots that Breitbart stokes and celebrates.

As such, Trump’s appointment of Bannon on Wednesday will probably intensify whatever hard feelings already exist between Trump and the GOP’s other leading figures during the campaign’s final months. It also seems more likely to help Trump among the “insurgent” wing of the party than among the independents and moderates that Trump will need to defeat Hillary Clinton in November.”

“The site particularly is in sync with Trump’s anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim rhetoric”

Riiiight… because Breitbart was well-known to be pro-immigrant and pro-Muslim before Trump suddenly showed up.

Or maybe Trump’s long-established views align with Breitbart’s long-established views… so favorable coverage is rather obvious and doesn’t need to be blamed on conspiracy theory.

But it was a nice deflection of attention away from all the other news networks showering Hillary with favorable coverage.

What “showering coverage: are you talking about? I see mostly news about Drumpf being the normal piece of shyte that he almost always is and will always be…

Former Marine Montel Williams Announces He’s Voting for Clinton, Says Trump Is ‘Clear and Present Danger’

Montel says Drumpf’s book was nothing until Montel had him on his show in the early 90’s and so obviously he regrets ever having Drumpf on his show.
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2016/08/18/former-marine-montel-williams-announces-hes-voting-for-clinton-says-trump-is-clear-and-present-danger/
“Speaking with MSNBC’s Chris Matthews on “Hardball” Wednesday night, Montel Williams, a man who voted as a Republican for decades but now calls himself an “Independent,” announced he would be voting for Hillary Clinton in the November election.

Williams, who served more than 18 years in the Navy and Marine Corps before launching his Emmy Award-winning television show, had been a vocal supporter of Ohio Republican Gov. John Kasich’s campaign.

The host asked Williams, “Do you have passion for either of these candidates, any of them right now?”

Without hesitation, Williams replied, “I have passion truly against Donald Trump. But I’m sorry to say it that way.”

The floods in Louisiana are terrible.

…but the ever-stoic Obama did not allow an event such as this disrupt his golf vacation.

Anything Bush was ineffective on, Obama has shown himself to be even more worthless.

Trump seems to be listening to Americans in need and will be going to Louisiana tomorrow. A political stunt? Perhaps… but at least it shows interest.

As he gets an increasingly good team of advisors around him, he is acting increasingly presidential…

…or maybe this is part of his plan… as acting perfectly presidential leaves one open to constant attack at every minor flaw… while showing continious improvement offsets minor mistakes and evokes thoughts of the perfection you are clearly headed for.. I recall learning this by trial and error some time around 4th grade.

Nonetheless, leadership from the front is the best leadership… and Trump now owns the issue from both candidate Hillery and president Obama.

P.S. Some years ago I pegged Jindal as a phony before the term RINO was even known. Insult him all you want, Tbone. You can have him.
