I guess I will start the week’s open thread by asking the question if everyone thinks Trump is through after the latest audio release? This should make the upcoming debate very interesting because Trump has absolutely nothing to lose now.

Considering Bill Clinton straight up raaped Juanita Broaddrick, groped Kathleen Willey, exposed himself to Paula Jones, and no one is willing to hold him accountable, or Hillary accountable for her work in covering up his scandals, it’s rather hypocritical to demand Trump leave the race without demanding the same of Hillary.
2016, the Year Voting for the Lesser of Two Evils reached its inevitable conclusion.
Being the weekend and all I haven’t been really paying attention but isn’t this audio tape thing in reference to him talking like a macho dumb455 about women (I.e. pretty much like any guy at some point in his life)? Uhh isn’t that already a known character trait of him? Also isn’t that like way less important than oh I don’t know holding the 3rd highest office in the US and intentionally trying to avoid FOIA and in the progress of it endangering sensitive national business? Oh AND half-a55edly destroying said information proving you did so once it becomes apparent you’re going to get investigated for it? All while your drunkard possibly rapist husband overtly interferes with the investigation? The Kennedys had Camelot so I guess the Clintons have wherever the Black Knight came from? Or Mordor… I dunno…
Forget giving Kim Jong Il 5h1t about having f’ed up priorities, the people of America are so busy with their sports, DWTS, and the fat a55ed Kardashians to deserve better than these two lumps of 5h1t the Dems/Repubs have fielded this year.
If Trump does drop I can only hope it opens the door for Johnson who I know isn’t perfect but one of the biggest steps to fixing our problems is to begin tearing down all the corrupt self-licking ice ream cones setup by the Dems and Repubs to ensure their never game of political ping pong keeps them fat.
They said the same things about Dubya, McAmnesty, and Mittens. Hillary’s own language is not for Sunday School. And Trump hasn’t left Americans to die in Benghazi.
Out of curiosity have there been any memos or anything that show the RSO for Benghazi telling leadership that the situation there was of a state that the current facilities and resources were dangerously inadequate and that the threat was too great to warrant further operations without an increase of security posture?
Blame Obama all you want for the non-response but as to our operation being in the situation it was in to begin with that is the direct fault of the RSO. As much as I loathe Hillary unless there is information that shows she ignored RSO advisories blaming her is like blaming the brigade commander for PFC Snuffy going out into the ville and tearing up a juicy bar.

Trump markets himself as an alpha male who gets what he wants… be it success in negotiation, domination of his enemies, or the cooperation of beautiful women.
That is the exact product I am buying.
If I found he was some sort of a closet wuss unable to talk a starry-eyed woman out of the use of her puzzy, I’d be disappointed.
As a bonus, there is a big difference between the use of personality, persuasion, or charm and good old-fashioned raape. The Clintons have made a big mistake here and are going to have a bad time until the next fake issue deflects attention.

“As much as I loathe Hillary unless there is information that shows she ignored RSO advisories blaming her is like blaming the brigade commander for PFC Snuffy going out into the ville and tearing up a juicy bar.”
The RSO. Yeah. Like Comey wasn’t ordered to give out immunity and recommend against prosecution. You seem very trusting, my friend…
Besides, the Ambassador asked for more money for security and later Hillary lied and said it wasn’t provided because of the GOP… When they have money for whatever the hell else they wanna do…
And all RSO advisories have now been declassified, none were cleaned up or went missing? That smells worse than Fish Alley at 4 AM on a Sunday morning.
Besides, you know Trey Gowdy never had the details he subpoenaed even in 2016 and they were still blaming a video at that point in time.
Let me add that I wouldn’t trust a Democrat as far as I could throw one. Not after HRC being let off the hook about the emails, mishandling of Top Secret (and above), and even, as today’s releases indicate, telling Wall Street folks classified stuff about UbL’s capture. Leave aside that Bill Clinton probably would have his own pedo rape rooms (like Saddam’s palaces) if his wife gets elected…
Part of the irritability might be the lack of coffee in the last three months as I am still doing chemotherapy. Makes me a bit more irritable than normal. That, and being forced to accept Trump as the best the GOP could do (even against their will). We’ll see what the future holds. God-willing.
You can’t have coffee while in undergoing Chemo? I feel for you… 🙁

“Based on that story it would seem Charlene Lamb deserves all your fingers of blame.”
I have not pointed any fingers of blame… and I think I have not once written anything about Benghazi or Hillary’s place in it.
I linked that article as it seemed a rather factual and unbiased account of the situation.
I cannot say what the true situation was, what should have been done, or how much was the result of Hillary’s action or inaction.
My only real observation is the complete nonsense story about it all being due to a Youtube video was so completely divergent from reality that it evokes visions of Soviet propaganda.
Whatever dirtiness or incompetence that story was dreamed up to hide raised the whole issue to a new level of dirtiness and/or incompetence.
This is fitting with Hillary’s pattern of deflect, deny, lie, accuse.
The “your” was more a general your to anyone involved in the conversation, not so much a your as in you ChickenHead but yeah I’m down your alley. Backing the “some youtube movie” claim was outright clownish but despite how much I wish Hillary gets tongue cancer I know there’s probably about 50 layers of b00bery when it comes to breaking down Benghazi. Direct fault in these kind of things usually lies at the mid to upper levels of management with the defacto blame going to the top as they’re supposed to be running things but realistically how much can one person do?
It is going to be interesting what the Presidential polling shows after tonight’s debate because Trump unloaded on Hillary. He was much better than in the first debate IMO.

In other news, the second presidential debate ended a few minutes ago. (Actually over an hour… but I got a phone call before I could finish writing).
Compared to the first debate, Trump didn’t get as bogged down in tedious defensiveness and frequently went on the offensive… not as cleverly or strongly as he could have… but better than last time.
Compared to Hillary, he is big on concepts and small on specifics… which may be correct… as presidents have more information and resources to create specific programs to accomplish their goals which candidates with their dreams don’t have.
He came off as humorless. It would be nice to see him smile and joke more… or maybe America is looking for a grump out to kick azz, foreign and domestic… a serious man for serious work.
Hillary kept her Joker smile most of the time and gave polished talking points that came off as surprisingly empty. To disguise her lack of content, she ran out the clock with stories of injured minority children… very odd.
Between her fake smile and condescending speaking, she came off like a teacher more interested in structure than an interesting and informative fun class, a domineering mother demanding that your room must be cleaned RIGHT NOW, or a PMSing wife hissing that you better not meet your friends tonight and, no, you can’t have a blowjob.
Both candidates ignored the spirit of questions to push their slightly-related prepared talking points.
In the end, Trump seemed like a tired old car salesman pushing a dull product he believes in to tire-kickers worried about the color of the racing stripes.
Hillary seemed like a home shopping channel announcer talking up dubious products to a selected studio audience of bored housewives.

To add…
Trump did much better this debate… it will be interesting to see what the polls say, considering they said he won the last one… which was not so clear.
One could make a case that Trump is intentionally pacing himself to get intentionally better at each debate with the idea that undecideds will decide based on the most recent performance. In fact, reading his body language, he seemed to be fighting himself to hold back… meaning there are things he wanted to say but his long-term goal forced his self-discipline to save that ammo for the final debate.
Whike Trump was more focused and pointed, Hillary was slightly less polished (perhaps good, as the perpetual Joker smile was creepy last time)… yet she seemed weaker on policy and specifics, which is her strength.
If Trump planned this to play out this way, the next debate will have him crush her on issues ranging from honesty to ability to integrity… keeping her off-balance and on-topic… but on emotional issues voters make decisions on.
“If Trump planned this to play out this way, the next debate will have him crush her on issues ranging from honesty to ability to integrity… keeping her off-balance and on-topic… but on emotional issues voters make decisions on.”
From your keyboard to God’s ear, CH.
I think Trump won the debate last night and feel much better today. If nothing else, it was gratifying to see him state the truth and watch the corners of Hillary’s creepy grin undulate a little bit. Hopefully in the final round she’ll go full nervous tick.

It must be awkward to be a military Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Officer this week while having to avoid the subjects in the political campaign.

On a completely random note, GI the link you have for “IMCOM-Korea Media” is woefully outdated. I tore that along with all the Garrison websites down in early 2013. 😛
Kim Jong Un has been a No-Show for the past few events.
While Paying Respects to his Dad and Grandpa are boring, he was never one to miss a party:
Kim Jong Un has also been absent at festive events, including a concert that commemorated the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Korean Workers’ Party.
Kim Jong Un recently banished Vice Foreign Minister Kung Sok Ung and his family to a farming area after the mid-year defection to South Korea of Thae Yong Ho, who was second in command at the North Korean embassy in London, the paper reported Wednesday, citing a person familiar with North Korean affairs it did not identify.
A farming community this late in the season? Going to be a long, hungry winter, I think.
Now is the time. No Heir Apparent, Oldest Brother is out of the Country, Middle Brother smokes pole, Baby Sister is an icky girl and isn’t allowed.
Somebody make a Power Play. Bring the whole thing to a crashing halt.

Keys to Debate #2:
1. Trump had a sense of humor – he was funny and ironic, not mean and nasty.
