WTF Canada? Only .55% more than Mexico!? Smugness is not an marketable export. You all need to get off your a55 and start doing some work before Trump puts a wall on your border too!
Foreign Policy Mag appears to be suggesting that the US and China are stealing the GDP of grunting savages squatting in their own feces. Frankly, their evangelism for socialism is tiresome and either ignorant of actual economics or just malignant.
Why does the US have a huge per capita GDP? Because the Lord blessed us with the ambition to pave over the raw sewage running down the streets in our village and provide something nicer for our descendants that we received from our ancestors.
