Chanel A says Red Cloud was seen in last week of December & when this program aired on Jan 3rd, was apparently still there. This is supposedly the picture taken of Red Cloud while docked in Busan. I’ve seen the Red cloud docked at pier 8 many times over the last 7 years, this is nothing new.
