Honestly, so am I. The North has broken every deal they ever made.
It’s fairly easy for Kim to roll another rocket launcher to the coast and kill a bunch of fish. It’s a bit more work in coordinating efforts between the US and ROK forces. A little easier when a Conservative President in the Blue House, and quite a bit more when the North’s Lap Dog is in the Big Chair.
Still, I like thinking that maybe Trump is giving Kim a chance to stick his head out too far. “We made a real effort, an effort that was widely mocked, and Kim stabbed us in the back. So it is with a heavy heart that I have ordered a MOAB strike on Kim’s Palace. Oh, we also sunk the Pueblo in the harbor.”
@MTB Rider, that is exactly what I have been saying; before Trump can get a consensus to authorize a strike he needs to demonstrate that he has tried everything to get the Kim regime to denuclearize.
This will have been KJU’s last chance before regime change, the old-fashioned way.
We’ll see.
