Tweet of the Day: Ethiopian Korean War Veteran Visits Chuncheon to Find Missing Arm
|On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Korean War armistice here's some Ethiopian veterans visiting Chuncheon, where there's a memorial to their service (and an Ethiopian-themed coffee shop). One gent said he'd returned to look for his missing arm. pic.twitter.com/3USsQrZlrP

Basically, it was a mini-World War. South Koreans mad at the US should be mad at Ethiopia, France, Greece, Turkey, England, and all the rest who fought-and died-to give them the liberty they have.
And appear to be giving away.
The South doesn’t want what was won for them. All are following commie moon to unify with their brothers in the north under the glorious red banner. Makes the sacrifice of those that fought and died here and the last 60 plus years of work worthless.
That’s an excellent point S’naffa and the way you presented it is almost poetic.
On the twee: Makes me wonder what I lost in the ROK long ago I can return several years later and “look for”. Don’t go there, CH.
Hmmm.. My poetry depends on coffee, so I better not quit my day job after I get one…
