They were passing out yellow ribbons outside the HMart on Blalock in Houston back in 2017, just before my 2nd surgery. I took the ribbon and still have it because that’s the color for sarcoma survivors.
BTW, it was bureaucratic corruption that prevented any safety inspections on the lifeboats, the cargo liading, or any number of other factors surrounding the Sewol tragedy. I hope those using the tragedy for political gain suffer incapacitating mental trauma until they repent.
