80% seems high to me.
Truly sad that anyone would trust the ill-tempered worm-ridden folks to the north at all. I understand a biut not liking the Japanese; but they are more likely to hold to contracts they sign than certain South Korean companies I’ve worked for. The Chrysanthemum crowd are definitely rules-lawyers; but they never tried to bribe me, change contracts after we’d both signed, or anything other than laying off an entire IT department in the US and “replacing” us with folks in the Philippines.
