Well, it is *somewhat* better than the “No Dogs or Chinese” signs like the one at Huangpu Park in Shanghai under British rule.

And the Nashville Club in Itaewon used to bar Koreans, so…

most of the 23 in korea are Koreans and most of those are from Korean to Korean human transmission.

– That pretty much says it all. I also wonder if a Korean, born in the USA who’s never been to Korea in their life could get in? That would cause a conundrum wouldn’t it?

Oh come on that’s not true. Most of them have either got infected while visiting Wuhan China, Singapore, Japan, and Thailand. Or they are Chinese who were infected in China, and then entered to Korea where they were diagnosed. So far, there has been no Korean to Korean infection yet.
