If there was a freakout here in Korea, I missed it. The only panic-buying, here, has been for masks. No runs on food or toilet paper or other goods where I am. (Maybe I shouldn’t use “runs” in the same sentence with “toilet paper.”) Grocery & shop shelves are all fully stocked. Do I live in an especially peaceful, rational part of Seoul? Is waegukin at the center of the zombie apocalypse?

Ramyeon at Costco was down to one box per family. Seen families hoarding bottled water and toilet paper too. Just not mass hoarding like in the States.
