Doesn’t really matter, Tim. They’re not wearing the dang things correctly! The way they’re wearing it is more of a fashion statement than a protective device.

How many Total aircraft vs. Airworthy vs. Mission-capable does the Norkistani Flying Cicus have right now?
Could they defend against a squadron of Bolivian cargo planes? (An obvious hypothetical.)
