Bet the Parasite army still takes the plane over.
Somehow, I doubt standard entry techniques work against people with IEDs or box-cutters held to the throat of stewardesses.
But it does provide a nice patriotic show… and everybody loves a hero, right?
Once the terrorists take the plane, all remaining options are bad. Even Chuck Norris lost troops and hostages. OTOH, those machinegun-equipped motorcycles and dune-buggies were pretty nifty.
I qould feel much more secure if the police did not advertise their methods.
