Be it the aftermath of Katrina, a BLM “protest”, or a factory looting spree, what is up with mountains of trash everywhere?

What is it? Where did it come from? Do they loot the contents of filing cabinets and waste paper baskets and only realize in the parking lot that it isn’t a pair of running shoes or a flat screen?

It is baffling.
