With this in mind, one wonders if a nicely worded letter from a lawyer to HR explaining their liability if they unilaterally implement a vaccine mandate without waiting for federal regulations would perhaps give them pause for thought.

Maybe a lawyer would have a better approach to counter this.

Like everything else in this covid/vaccine scam, it seems everyone in the know (pharmaceutical companies and government) is slipping out of any liability by extortion and trickery.

Pharmaceutical: We have contracts with government releasing us of any liability.

Government: We never actually made a mandate. Take it up with the businesses that forced it on you.

Companies: You chose to be our customer/work here so YOU chose to take the vaccine.

You: So who is going to pay for my CoVax Syndrome?

Government: We are setting up a taxpayer-funded fund.

Pharmaceutical: We are developing the experimental technology to counter the side effects, once the government funds are released.

Companies: We will be distributing the first round of treatments once the funds are released.

You: Waaaait. I have been here before.

A lawyer could probably point out how the forced vaccinations violate the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (as it essentially creates a new perceived disability and forces employment problems) and the never-repealed “Obamacare” prohibition on removing protection for “preexisting conditions”. There are also state and local laws a lawyer would know about.

Forcing unwilling participation in medical experimentation is also contrary to the Nuremberg Code, which, although never formally enacted into law by the United States, was the final part of the proceedings of the trials for the Germans accused of crimes against humanity. (In effect, the so-called “vaccine mandate” makes us worse than all our opponents in WW2, given the scale of the crime.)

But those pushing the jab are not going to listen to well-spoken arguments. They’re already frenzied mobs looking for more blood. Just listen to how they talk.

Airtraffic controllers called in sick in droves the last couple of days, as did airline staff.
My spouse just got back from a three day trip that was the worst he has ever seen. Flights cancelled, delays, crowded airports with people lying around everywhere (health and safety!). Air travel is going to be virtually impossible if this keeps up.
Mike flew with a captain yesterday who is going to quit before taking the jab.
Two flight attendants (black women) were very very angry about it.
The airlines just shrug and pretend there’s nothing to see.
Back when Herb Keller ran SWA he understood the employees were the most important asset, and he treated them like this was the case. Gary has, up until now, managed the company pretty well…but always treated the employees like they were a necessary evil. It is really starting to show now.

I really think the Democrats are trying to force a GOP takeover at the next election; but the Republicans are quite adept at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory…

My friend sent me a message from the States yesterday and asked if I had heard if the air traffic controllers in Tennessee (I think) were on strike as it seemed a bunch of flights were canceled but it wasn’t on the news. I hadn’t seen it and promptly forgot about it.

So everything has to.close at 10pm. It seems any place underground that can not look open is staying open. Parks are full of people until about 4am when places start opening up (before the “legal” 5am).

Of course none of these current restrictions have anything to do with public health or covid or anything sensible.

It is all a lie and a wealth transfer… and a pathway to divide the classes into corporations and those who work for them.

If any administration deserved a lifetime in jail, this would be it for the destruction they have done to the middle class business owners of Korea… not to mention the suicides they have caused due to depression and finances.

And some of the big business CEOs who encourages this should also be in jail with their assets sold to compensate those who have lost everything.

This will all end when citizens make it end. There will be no complying our way to freedom.

Only a couple of weeks ago when United was proudly proclaiming they demanded their employees were all vaxed**
SWA told their employees they would never accede to a vaccine mandate…and then they promptly did so only about a week later, without any notice or preamble. SWA employees are pretty upset. It is an illegal action to call in sick as a “protest” so you won’t see this covered in the media as the reason for the de-facto strike, but there are 5000 people who have formally joined a group against the vaccine mandates. That is almost 10 percent of the people who work for the company. My spouse has never done so. He was a true believer in SWA and has supported the company up and until now. This is beyond the pale.

What’s described is an egregious and sudden betrayal of trust by SWA.

The betrayal upon federal employees was more drawn out: Biden began by saying mandates weren’t necessary, then proclaimed a mandate, or weekly tests.

All lies because those were followed by an EO mandate minus the weekly testing option. The ONLY option is vaccination — which is not an option at all.

There is no mention of exemptions in the EO nor in the HR bulletin. We’ve devolved from a free republic to a fascist regime in months.

If we thought this had anything to do with public health and safety there would be no hesitation, but he had the covid and antibody titers don’t matter. And vaccinated people test positive all the time. I’ve read that only about 3 percent of SWA revenue comes from government contracts. But that’s just the first step because I’m sure that next California will forbid airlines that don’t mandate the vaccination policy. And California is the biggest SWA hub. The company really is in a tough spot. So are the pilots/staff because the best time not to give in is the beginning. After that, they’ll just add boosters and it will never ever end.

Well, as I’ve said many times, “I was looking for a job when I got hired here.”

And after the jab kills or grounds the pilots who had it–think about heart murmurs and other irregularities–those who avoided the jab will be able to set their own salary.
