@Liz, from what I have seen on Twitter the belief is that the foreigner is Italian because the aircraft has Italian origins.

Mike says it looks a little sketchy to him.
They aren’t wearing their harnesses and that’s a little strange. And there isn’t more kit around, which one would expect. And it’s a little strange for both of them to be lying there like that (assuming one of them is capable of standing). People who have bailed out of an aircraft tend to be a little more “on edge”.
But I’m not sure why anyone would stage something like this.
