Just in case if any of you even care about COVID case numbers any more, here is the latest statistics from South Korea:

South Korea’s new coronavirus cases stayed below 10,000 for the 14th straight day Thursday amid a steady omicron downtrend, though the country remains vigilant against any potential virus resurgence.

The country reported 7,497 new COVID-19 infections, including 92 cases from overseas, bringing the total caseload to 18,305,738, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) said.

The daily tally has stayed below 10,000 since June 10. The numbers have declined at a steady pace after hitting more than 620,000 in one day in March at the height of the omicron spread.

The KDCA reported 14 additional deaths from COVID-19, raising the death toll to 24,488. The fatality rate stood at 0.13 percent.

You can read more at the link, but the fatality rate appears to have leveled off since it is the same as a month ago. It would be interesting though to know whether the fatalities were mostly people with pre-existing medical conditions which never seems to get put out.

Oh so you mean, they’re not people who should be counted in the fatalities because they’re not humans. Sick people, crippled people, mentally retarded people, and even setnaffa with cancer in his brain, all of them should not be counted in the numbers.

Some people are just flaming trolls.

Most people grew out of that after puberty.

We offer our sympathy towards the victims of Fauci’s Folly and hope the families can receive the peace and support they need.

But yes, most of the people listed as dying from COVID had comorbidities like end-stage renal failure, terminal cancer, very serious diabetes, heart trouble, lung trouble like TB or Emphysema, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and so on.

In fact, something like 10 of the first 1,000 WuFlu Victims listed in the NYT actually died from gunshot wounds to the chest and another 20 from car accidents. But who’s counting? I mean we can’t. They don’t release true data.

If the governments of the world had concentrated on helping those with comorbidities instead of trying to push us all into the fatal jabs or gulags, the death toll would have been a small fraction of what it was.

It was done the way it was because leftists believe the economy is a zero-sum game. They cannot understand how innovation and creativity create wealth, therefore all wealthy people are, in their fevered imaginations, evil thieves.

Don’t worry. The wind is changing. I’ve looked ahead. We win. They lose. It won’t be fun; but that’s why it’s spelled “w o r k”.

BTW, I wouldn’t invest in Mainland China right now (especially real estate). You might get a short term boost; but the house of cards will fold up in the next strong wind. And you might not be able to sell before that

Of course, that’s true of any investment. And, as I’m not a licensed financial advisor, none of this counts as specific investment advice. Feel free to invest all of your money in Chinese Securities. It’s all up to you.

Have a wonderful 6-25.
