The BBC telling anyone that a nation other than the UK is the past is pretty rich…

I don’t much like the Japanese; but they’ve shown themselves quite agile and adaptable when needed.

Someone should check the dude’s “China Connection.”

Still, China and UK are ahead of Japan. They use emails and don’t rely on fax and stamps as Japan does. lol.

Very curious response.

I deal with technology companies and banks in all three countries, and I’ve never had any of the Chrysanthemum Crowd ask me for a fax number.

There are, however, certain legal documents for which all nations require physical copies — immigration, mortgage, and criminal investigations spring to mind.

And as you don’t appear to be the type to own real estate in Japan or have a plan to emigrate there, I assume it has to do with your meth conviction and sentencing.

Of course, I’m sure I’ve misread your message.
