Setnaffa, I am convinced Korea is a rare country that can pull off 100% electric cars.
There is a high level of ubanization so charging infrastucture is easy. Koreans don’t drive long distances and don’t need a full recharge every night. Korea’s electric grid is expandable to match demand.
…and now that the anti-Korean globalist saboteurs are out of power, Korea has restarted its self-sufficient nuclear power development and will be able to supply enough domestically produced power for 100% car electrification before 2030.
With Korea’s biggest import being petroleum, electric cars will be good for the Korean economy as well.
Korea’s enthusiasm for electric cars doesn’t seem to be woke virtue signaling.
It seems to be sound economic and environmental policy.
