So why would a guy with a name spelled using a Ukranian flag let the Russians in on this information instead of keeping the secret and letting Russians and their equipment destroy each other?

I have seen video of a Russian mortar team loading DPRK ammunition.
3 out of the 6 shells failed to fire. Necessitating the removal of each shell and the resetting of the mortar.
Not even misfires like the photo above. Just non-firing duds.
