I don’t know what you are all looking at but I see a country with a meth problem yet the scumbag junkies aren’t all over the place getting in the way of the Revolution or whatever.
The mayors of American cities need to take a trip to North Korea and see if there is anything to learn about improving quality of life in the city.
Probably the first step is to buy an anti-aircraft gun. They appear to be useful for reeducation.
