Acting President Choi Tells Security Forces to Not Commit Violence in Ongoing Dispute Over Yoon’s Arrest

If the CIO resorts to violence in its attempts to knab President Yoon this could spill over into street violence. Yoon has already said he would step down if the Constitutional Court approves his impeachment. The Constitutional Court should be allowed to do its trial and render a verdict without the sideshow CIO investigation that is clearly being attempted to influence the Constitutional Court:

Acting President Choi Sang-mok renewed his call on government agencies Monday to avoid any physical clash while trying to detain President Yoon Suk Yeol or prevent his arrest over his botched martial law bid.

The Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO), which is investigating Yoon for alleged insurrection, is preparing to execute a court-issued warrant against Yoon, who remains inside his fortified compound. This follows an earlier attempt that ended in a five-hour standoff with the Presidential Security Service (PSS).

“All law enforcement actions must be conducted in a peaceful and restrained manner. Under no circumstances should violence be employed by any involved agencies,” Choi said in a press release.

The PSS heightened security at Yoon’s residence by installing barbed wire, barricades and buses to block access to the compound in Seoul.

This Choi is a fuc*kn Yoon man. As the acting President, he can easily stop this show down, if he instructs the Yoon Security forces to stand down, as he has been called upon many times to do. But instead, he goes the other way, and he adds more security forces for Yoon – in fact becoming another Yoon ally. Yoon’s motive to wait this out, and not submit to court orders to summons, is to delay as much as possible, and wait for the Yoon supporters to regather themselves and grow larger and larger, then possibly cancel the impeachment process. And he can get back into office and then plot another military takeover later. Yoon will never accept impeachment. He also said he would cooperate with the investigation against him, but he never did. He has not kept a single promise.

Against his hope, Yoon will not escape impeachment. He will be impeached and he will be convicted of abuse of power, and he will be executed as deserved. The PPP party is still romping around everywhere, gathering the far-right Youtube fans to support Yoon because Yoon is holding up the abuse of power investigation and indictment.

But after the new party comes to power all of Yoon supporters, and the current Yoon’s cabinet ministers including Choi, will also go to prison for aiding Yoon. It should be a clean sweep, year zero, no more PPP, known as the treason party, which will also be banned as a political party.

It is clear now KM is advocating for the creation of a communist state in South Korea through violent means. This is NOT what democracy looks like.

And we’re almost done! His security forces gave him up without resistance. Choi made a crucial mistake when he declared anyone using violence will face charges – which neutered Yoon’s demoralized security force.

Yoon refusing to get in the car, negotiating with the law executors, insisting on riding on his security force car, and not the CIO car – he wants to show the world that he’s walking out on his own and not under arrest. Well maybe he should have done that few weeks ago when he was asked to voluntarily show up for questioning. It’s too late after the arrest warrant was issued! This is OJ Simpson all over again.

The left is so worried that the constitutional court will find that Yoon committed no crime.

Yoon has a legal background and knows a lot of legal experts. Certainly, he consulted them before declaring martial law.

With that in mind, and studying what has come out, it really seems the debate is far from settled. The issue of a crime really depends on interpretation.

And there is a good chance the constitutional court will decide in Yoon’s favor. And that decision won’t come for months.

So now, the issues have to be peripheral to the declaration of martial law to keep this in the news, keep Yoon from having any wins, and further keep Korea in disorder so pro-globalist agendas can be quietly promoted.

Done! He’s arrested and on his way to jail!

No more soju and beer for a long a time. Maybe that will dry him out and clear his head.

Stocks and Korean Won just shot up with word of Yoon arrest.

He just pre-recorded a speech, now showing on national TV, complaining South Korea’s law and order has collapsed because all the charges are false and those who are charging him are all illegal, and that he decided to attend the illegal summons but that doesn’t mean he’s recognizing the illegal courts. He’s doing this to prevent a possible violent clash, and to protect freedom and democracy, as he claimed.

OK that’s extremely funny. So he decided to declare military rule and abolish all freedoms (as his speech on Dec 3 on national TV), just so that he wanted to protect freedom and democracy?

“Done! He’s arrested and on his way to jail!”

Jail for what?

I though this was just a summons for questioning, not a conviction and jailing.

In fact, until the constitutional court rules, we are not even sure a crime has been comitted.

The left accuses Yoon of violation of constitution, law, and due process… but very much wants to do the same thing when it fits their agenda.

This situation looks so much like a variation on Trump that one could suspect when it is done, nothing much will change for Yoon but Korea will be worse off for all the games the leftist/globalists played.

5 years max on refusing to cooperate with law investigators, followed up with armed resistance. That’s before the charges for insurrection and treason.

Why don’t you go home American maggot?

That is assuming Chicken Head is an actual American white male residing in Korea and not a bot that exists in @setnaffa’s laptop in Texas or Russia.

The only raacists around the RokDrop are the chinabots.

We know they’re not actually South Koreans from what they advocate. We know they follow the CCP/Xi doctrines of hating foreigners. And they salivate over their death cult fantasies.

What pathetic incels they must really be to want this in Korea…

We know they’re not actually South Koreans from what they advocate.

The statement made by reveals his true racist attitude and prejudicial views towards Koreans and Asians.

By assuming that South Koreans who disagree with conservative fake news must be Chinese communists, he not only degrades South Koreans but also demonstrates a clear bias and prejudice.
