Former Prime Minister Testifies that Cabinet Tried to Disuade Yoon from Martial Law Declaration

Here is the latest update from the ongoing impeachment trial:

Impeached Prime Minister Han Duck-soo told the Constitutional Court that Cabinet ministers were concerned about President Yoon Suk Yeol’s martial law bid and attempted to dissuade him before he announced it on Dec. 3.

Han, who was impeached on Dec. 14 over his alleged role in Yoon’s botched martial law bid, made the remarks as he attended what is likely the last hearing of Yoon’s impeachment trial Thursday.

“As I recall, all (Cabinet members) were concerned and tried to dissuade him,” Han said, referring to a hastily arranged meeting of some Cabinet ministers shortly before Yoon’s surprise imposition of martial law.

When asked about former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun’s testimony that some members were in favor of Yoon’s plan, Han replied, “From what I recall, that was not the case at all.”

Donald Trump in about six months, when everything starts to fall apart and he has to declare military rule.

“But but but they are going to march Trump out of the White House in handcuffs¹.”

¹Because he is a Russian asset.

Four years of that not happening the first time makes it harder to believe the second time.

The beauty of DOGE is it made veey clear battle lines drawn.

Some are for saving America from internal sabotage and fraud, as well as the destructive influence of outside enemies.

Some are trying to block DOGE for reasons ranging from personal greed to ideologically wishing for the destruction of America.

If Trump and Musk are successfully sabotaged to the point of failure, this makes it easy to determine who needs to be found in a shallow ditch, shot execution style.

The disorder if Trump fails will be ultimately much worse than his success, for people both good and bad.

I just have these questions for you.

1) Who started the Ukraine-Russia war?

2) Is Donald Trump a king?

3) What basis does the US have the right to take over Gaza to make a US territory, and do an ethnic cleansing of Palestinians?

4) Which overrides the other, the US Consitution or President Donald Trump/Musk?

“I just have these questions for you.”

I would love to address these.

1) Who started the Ukraine-Russia war?

While the foundation of this war goes back to 2014 and is probably more the fault of the anti-Russians in America¹ manipulating Ukraine to change spheres of influence, the red line that everyone knew existed was crossed less than a year before the war.

“At the June 2021 Brussels summit, NATO leaders reiterated the decision taken at the 2008 Bucharest Summit that Ukraine would become a member of the Alliance with the NATO MAP as an integral part of the process and Ukraine’s right to determine its own future and foreign policy course without outside interference. Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg also stressed that Russia will not be able to veto Ukraine’s accession to NATO.”

While Putin threw the first punch, the west talked a lot of smack and then begin reaching for its knife.

The detailed history reinforces this even more.

The sad thing is, Putin/Russia is a manufactured enemy while China is a real global threat.

But Russia is only the tertiary target here. Deindustializing Europe and looting Ukraine are the primary objectives. And they are succeeding.

2) Is Donald Trump a king?

Trump supporters take him seriously but not literally. NeverTrumpers take him literally but not seriously. He has nothing in common with a king. He tweeted that to keep the idiots focused on then wrong thing. And it worked.

3) What basis does the US have the right to take over Gaza to make a US territory, and do an ethnic cleansing of Palestinians?

Might Makes Right. Welcome to the future. You don’t have to like it. Perhaps it can’t even be justified in any first order legal or moral framework. However, a military base there would be in America’s interest. It would also be in the interests of regional peace and global stability. Think of it like abortion. It is morally reprehensible but it is the best solution to a lot of long-term problems.

4) Which overrides the other, the US Consitution or President Donald Trump/Musk?

So far, Trump/Musk have done nothing unconstitutional. Trump is an elected official and has the ability to appoint unelected people to manage various functions within the government to support the agenda he was elected on. He is doing just that. The Crisis in Democracy is that unelected bureaucrats have been pushing their own agendas over those of elected officials. It is not a constitutional crisis to identify these people, fire them, and shut down their independent agendas that are not in line with the will of the people.

I hope this answered your questions. If you need elaboration or have more questions, feel free to ask.

¹anti-Russians in America exist for good reason (not for America, but for them). We can discuss the history and reasons of this more.
