Hey, why don’t you tour the Lion Parks in S. Africa? Take your children and help promote them because eventually the the lions will all be hunted/shot dead with guns. What is good for you is good for the NRA. Don’t wanna take any business away from the NRA now do we, so take your children on a canned lion legal enclosure hunt for 100 grand. You can shoot fish in a barrel with no skill required, the kind Chickenhead and so many of his peers would be very interested in.
Besides, they’re nothing but “Mindless Man Eating Killers”…Sounds similar to what the police today say about African American men(but what the media said about them MANY years ago)…superhuman Hulk like Demons…
If only Chickenhead and his ilk could turn their head/back on an African American male. Somehow white people/animal experts know how/when to leave “animals” alone so why don’t they know when to leave “Superhuman Hulk like Demons” alone..? http://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-lion-whisperer/

Ooops I’m sorry I included a link. Though if I were to follow the Chickenhead rule that says nobody should include links because of his dismay for the media then perhaps nobody would know what I’m talking about which is the case when Chickenhead doesn’t leave or provide links. I guess we’re all suppose to guess what the heck Chickenhead is talking about and agree with it no matter what or wait for him to provide a link later, someday, whenever he feels like leaving it. If only everyone would follow the rules of Chickenhead.

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-Police are investigating an overnight homicide in south St. Louis. It happened around 1:15am Sunday on Gravois and Itaska, near Bevo Mill. A man, identified as Zemir Begic, 32, was struck on the head, face, mouth, and abdomen. He was taken to a hospital where he died of his injuries.
An investigation determined that Begic was in his car when several juveniles came up on foot and began to strike the car. Begic got out and the four suspects began yelling at him and hitting him with hammers. After the assault, the four ran away.
Two were caught and taken into juvenile custody. Police are still searching for two others, a 16-year-old black male and a 15-year-old Hispanic.
Stay tuned for a motive………

Following a vast hacking attack that targeted Sony Pictures, several of the Hollywood studio’s films, including Brad Pitt’s “Fury” and the remake of the musical “Annie,” have become available on illicit web sites.
Re/code reported on Friday that Sony is “exploring the possibility” of a North Korean link to the hacking. That’s because Sony is about to release “The Interview,” a comedy starring James Franco and Seth Rogen. Its plot entails an attempted assassination of the North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un.

Taking a break from Tbone’s homeless street person ranting, there has been a sinking of a Korean fishing vessel in the Bearing Sea. 52 are still missing, 10 have been rescued, and one confirmed death at the time of this article.
One study showed that NYPD officer accuracy averages out to 18% during a gunfight and 30% when suspects aren’t returning fire.
From what I can find about Wilson’s shot’s fired, it appears that he shot 12 rounds and hit with 7 or 8.
That’s either 58% or 66% percent which would put him well above the NYPD’s average according to the study.

Prosecutor Robert McCulloch’s(Ferguson County Missouri) assistants provided an outdated law to the grand jury at the beginning or early on in the process and intentionally let them believe it was for real for the entire 3 months and when asked at the end whether the supreme court shot down that law, the asst. prosecutor it doesn’t matter, forget about it. Robert McCulloch is a RACIST, kind of like Darren Wilson… http://www.newrepublic.com/article/120443/ferguson-prosecutor-and-witness-testimony-bias-and-lots-ambiguity
“Journalists and legal analysts have now had several days to sift through the witness testimony from Ferguson, Missouri. Based on their analysis—which you can read via the New York Times, National Public Radio, and St. Louis Post-Dispatch, among others—two things seem pretty clear.
One is that prosecutor Robert McCulloch’s handling of the case was even more unusual than it seemed at first blush. As you’ve probably heard by now, prosecutors typically use grand juries to make their best case for indictments. That’s not what McCulloch did. He presented the grand jury with all of the available evidence, effectively treating the twelve-member group as a separate investigative body, so that they could make their own, supposedly unbiased determination about whether Officer Darren Wilson committed a crime when he shot Michael Brown on August 9.
The idea of a grand jury as an independent investigative body has some origins in history. But, as Jeffrey Toobin explained at the New Yorker last week, grand juries are always at the mercy of prosecutors and there’s good reason to think McCulloch had a clear agenda:

GOP attacks Obama for not helping African Americans… http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/11/25/obama-immigration-amnesty-why-arent-african-americans-outraged-by-president/
“Apparently the president thinks that since he won more than 90 percent of the black vote in his two elections and the Democratic Party can count on their loyalty for the foreseeable future, he can begin “importing” new voters, who will surely be granted that right when Democrats bring up “fairness.
This president has done little to improve the conditions of African-Americans, and yet they do not hold him accountable. The reason why is a mystery. Instead of planning demonstrations in Ferguson, Missouri, African-Americans should protest outside the White House. The president likes to call the illegals “dreamers.” For millions of unemployed, underemployed and otherwise working African-Americans who have children trapped in failing schools because Democratic politicians won’t let them escape, their dreams have become a nightmare.”
A thug is dead, the cop who did society a favor has avoided a show trial, blacks demonstrated (yet again) why there is a disproportionate number of blacks in prison, Obama made a bigger fool of himself for the hisrory books, liberals and minorities hurt their own feelings even more, Tbone wasted time on the free internet instead of looking for a job.
What is there to shagrin about?
Some points…
– regardless of how long this “issue” gets kicked to death in the media, nothing will change… at least for the better. As long as poor blacks act like thugs, they will be treated like thugs. As long as they destroy their own neighborhoods, they will live in destroyed neighborhoods. As long as they pick their causes based on skin color rather than justice, they will have no real sympathy except the fake sympathy that fulfills the impure and unrelated goals if those giving it. As long as they don’t know right from wrong, they will live in a world filled with wrong… while blaming everybody else.
…and, maybe, if this drags out too long, the silent majority may stop being so silent… and the symptoms of the problem will be painfully cracked down on while not caring about the cause… which is already why there are so many problems in black communities… nobody dares to address causes for fear of being labled racist.
– Obama telling the black community they are in the right when they are wrong does them no favors… like a parent who lets their kid eat only candy.
Obama giving credibility to people like Sharpton does the black community no favors… as the white community (and probably most of the productive black community) has no sympathy for his self-serving manipulations or those who follow them.
Obama focusing on the fake “injustice” of yet another thug rightfully killed by law enforcement, instead of real incidents of white-on-black or cop-on-black that all Americans recognize as injust, reduces the real attention and empathy necessary for positive change… and brings skepticism that change, rather than a crackdown on the animals, is even necessary.
Obama driving yet another race-based wedge between the black and white communities does no favor to America.
– Obama has screwed the black community by bringing in Mexican workers.
Face it. Apart from barrio gangbangers, the average Mexican is polite and hard-working. Contrast this with an average black worker who is lazy and entitled with an agressive attitude.
(My friend is a project manager for a construction company who does projects around the country. He is thrilled with the possibility of hiring more Mexicans and fewer blacks… the whole industry dislikes black laborers.)
– Obama has no class… as demonstrated over and over. His wife is the same. And they have raised their daughters to be equally poor at fulfilling their duties. Many celebrities manage to guide their children to put on good public appearances. The Obamas, even with endless resources for coaching and guidance, don’t seem to care.
– etc etc etc.
In the end, none of this affects me… so any possibility of shagrinning is purely academic.

Blacks screamed, ‘Kill the White People!’ before brutal murder of Zemir Begic
Denny, I suspect the audio overlay on that video is fake for a number of reasons.
The easiest one to understand is that the kid talking says, “Eff the white people, kill the white people.” Kids recording something like that don’t say “eff”. The family-friendly vocabulary is way too convenient… perfect for right-wing Christians to easily spread…
…as creepy liberal racists don’t have a monopoly on false narratives.
Let’s see where this goes.
In actual reality, however, if a white, clean-record cop shoots a black violent felon in the line of duty, politicians, activists, and the media scream he is racist.
If three black kids beat a white man to death with hammers, everyone is quick to point out “it was not an issue of race”.
After several members of the St. Louis Rams NFL team made a “hands up” gesture of solidarity with Ferguson protesters before the team’s home game yesterday, a group called the St. Louis Police Officers Association issued a statement criticizing the players. The group’s statement quoted its business manager, Jeff Roorda:
The SLPOA is calling for the players involved to be disciplined and for the Rams and the NFL to deliver a very public apology. Roorda said he planned to speak to the NFL and the Rams to voice his organization’s displeasure tomorrow. He also plans to reach out to other police organizations in St. Louis and around the country to enlist their input on what the appropriate response from law enforcement should be. Roorda warned, “I know that there are those that will say that these players are simply exercising their First Amendment rights. Well I’ve got news for people who think that way, cops have first amendment [sic] rights too, and we plan to exercise ours. I’d remind the NFL and their players that it is not the violent thugs burning down buildings that buy their advertiser’s [sic] products. It’s cops and the good people of St. Louis and other NFL towns that do.
The St. Louis Police Officers Association is a union that represents city officers in collective bargaining and lobbies legislators; it appears to have been around for at least 46 years. Roorda himself has been in the news before: In 2001 he was fired from his police job in Arnold, a Missouri city about 20 miles from St. Louis, after making what an investigation determined to be a false accusation of abusive behavior against his police chief during a dispute over paid leave. The department’s justification for his termination made reference to a previous incident in which Roorda had lied on a police report. From a Missouri Court of Appeals ruling upholding his firing:
… the record reveals that in July 1997, Roorda attempted to try to “cover” for another police officer by filing a report that contained false statements as to what happened during a suspect’s apprehension and arrest. As a result of this false report, all charges against the defendant involved were dropped, and Roorda received a written reprimand from B.J. Nelson (the City’s Chief of Police at the time) for violating the City Police Department’s General Order 74.4 (“False Reporting”).

Egregious police misconduct cases should have an independent prosecutor because there’s a conflict of interest otherwise. Tbone, you hypocrite.
You complain about a banned choke hold…
…yet you do it twice a day to your wiener.
And it isn’t selling cigarettes. In fact, it never even meets anyone at all.
But in all seriousness… this situation requred further consideration.
On the surface, this looks like another “gentle giant”… at 400 POUNDS! Good god… where do these “people” come from?
But this doesn’t seem to be a case of a punk ripping people off and then being a bully about it… or looking for ways to disrupt socity by walking in the street and then getting lippy.
The worst thing that seems to have happened is he was making pocket money “illegally” selling cigarettes.
Who gives a fukk if he buys a pack of cigarettes and sells them individually at a profit to people a little farther down the social and intellegence scale?
Now that all other problems are solved, is this the best use of law enforcement… ratpacking some guy not harming anyone?
Of course this isn’t a victimless crime, as everyone from cigarette companies to the taxman aren’t getting their cut of the action… so neither the government nor the media are going to make this terrible criminal into any form of hero.
Interestingly, this is likely not a racist incident. If Billy Whitebread was at the mall in Honkey Heights selling individual cigarettes, the cops would be all over him, too. And the moment he mouthed off and didn’t immediatly comply, they would ratpack him as well… with a knee on his head and an arm around his throat.
Which brings up the final question. If chokeholds are against policy because they kill people… and then it is used and it kills someone… is there not some criminal negligence going on?
This seems like it needs further investigation.
At first thought…
– The government needs to be a little less concerned about how people make a living and stop trying to micromanage or stifle everybody’s desire to be self sufficient or get ahead.
– Law enforcement needs to prioritize crimes instead of ignoring known criminals who are sneakily up to no good in serious ways while hassling minor “criminals” over nothing just because they are easy to catch.
– Good policies on use of force need to be formulated and those who violate them should be punished. Incidents which end in bad results should have harsher punishment… especially if they are unnecessary.
Let’s consider this further.
Tbone, if you feel strongly about this incident, stop pasting long drawn-out biased articles. Simply state your opinion and the reasons for your opinion.
This may be an incident the media SHOULD promote… for the good of citizens of ALL races.
Video evidence of brutal cop physical abuse was not enough for a grand jury to indict a white cop who murdered a black man(Eric Garner). “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe!!!!!!!!!!!),
The cop is still working and getting paid while the black man of 6 children is buried six feet underground. Now, why weren’t there violent protests in NYC…? Because there WAS video evidence and most everyone expected the case to at least go to TRIAL.
Like the Ferguson County Missouri grand jury it was non-transparent, however the NYPD Chokehold murder NEVER handed over grand jury transcripts like those that were handed over in Ferguson County Missouri and proves local gov’t bias/fixed cheating aspects.

I get the feeling this man died in part because of the liberal policies of New York rather than in spite of them.
Perhaps there are other states that aggressively pursue untaxed cigarette violations, but I haven’t heard of them.
This likely wouldn’t have happened if New York’s state policies weren’t so out of whack. The state is apparently so opposed to cigarettes/lost taxes they sued Fedex for aiding in shipping untaxed cigarettes from other states.
There is still some debate in the news as to the particulars of the incident. Defenders of the cop say he didn’t apply a chokehold but rather a “lateral vascular neck restraint.” Also pointed to is the fact that the move in itself is not illegal, just against NYPD policy. Another contributing factor was compression on his chest. The grand jury may have been reluctant to pin it on one officer since they all had him face down.
What seems important to me is the question of the hold’s necessity. I can’t blame the officers for enforcing the laws on the books. That blame probably goes to the government of the state of New York and the NYPD leadership that most likely decides the emphasis of the enforcement efforts.
It would seem that there could have been a better way to get this man to comply. If not compliance, I have to imagine one of them had a taser (which may have ended in the same result) and failing that, at least one officer surely had a nightstick. I would much rather take down a large, non-compliant man from a distance than jump on him and have the chance of him falling on top of me.
Mr. Garner should have complied with the officers and not evaded their attempts to restrain him, but I think the bigger picture is that this type of aggressive policing for such a petty crime shouldn’t have taken place to begin with. NYPD has become more like an extension or perhaps a rogue offshoot of the Department of Homeland Security.
You won’t meet much resistance on this one Tbone. This case would have made a better rallying cry than Ferguson for race warriors all over the country.
More people can have sympathy for a man who was selling single cigarettes to support his family, than a guy who robbed cigars from a store and beat on a cop.
Oscar Grant still may have been a better instance of police brutality.
I agree with Johnnyboy that I think most people will have more sympathy for the petty criminal Garner than the violent criminal Michael Brown. If NYC did not have outrageous taxes on cigarettes the blackmarket Garner was working would not exist.
As far as how he died it was a combination of his emotional state at the time, his extreme obesity, and the takedown by the police that caused his death. Remember he died of a heart attack not the headlock this is probably why the grand jury did not want to pin one guy with what happened.
johnnyboy

It looks like he is saying he can’t breathe after the officer releases the hold. Maybe he was having a panic induced asthma attack from the situation.
I can’t help but think how unnecessary this whole thing was.
Everything in combination:
The state so worried about stamping out smoking, they have to make a fortune from the taxes.
The NYPD that likely made enforcement of this type of crime a priority, or these officers likely would have found something more worthwhile to go after. Surely there is worse shiit going on in that city.
Mr. Garner choosing to flail arms and resist instead of cooperating, regardless of the merit of the arrest.
The officer for choosing to take him down in this manner when backup had just arrived and he probably could have been reasoned with or beaten into submission instead.
This one stinks all around.
johnnyboy
I know once someone resists, the police have to get them down and cuffed one way or another. He could have died from a taser, being beaten, or even from running away. The point is, how do NYPD cops have this much time to spare on loose cigarettes to begin with? It’s as if there isn’t any major crime in New York City that deserves their attention.
People of all races need to realize there is no point to resisting the cops, once they say you’re being arrested. Just pack it in and head on to jail. Sort it out later. You are not doing yourself any favors by defying an officer.
Johnnyboy, I bet NYC was pushing the police to go after this cigarette blackmarket in order to raise tax revenues from something that is basically an extreme tax on the poor and working class.
I also find it interesting how many cops were on the scene for a crime as insignificant as this. Don’t they have something better to do like catch violent criminals?

GI Korea: “As far as how he died it was a combination of his emotional state at the time”
The “combination” is not equal. That’s like saying a person killed in an auto accident was killed for a combination of 2 reasons…because of a drunk driver and head trauma as a result of the skull fracturing when it smashed into the windshield.
“emotional state”
What’s that about?
The medical examiner said nothing about his “emotional state” being the cause of death or a “contributing factor.”
[The New York Medical Examiner has ruled Garner’s death a homicide. The cause of death was “compression of neck (chokehold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police.”
But the medical examiner also listed acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity and hypertensive cardiovascular disease as contributing factors in Garner’s death.]
A body camera worn by white officer, Daniel Pantaleo who just happens to have at least 2 civil cases against him(one that he already lost costing the city 30 thousand dollars) and/or NYC and this will be the third would not have helped since it would’ve been from up close. This video was from a distance though no video will help a black man get justice against the white police.
Leon: “Good point! He should have more correctly and accurately stated: “I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted.”
But that would’ve taken more breath ⊙_◎ (Crazy).

Or that’s like saying there isn’t any “reasonable cause” to charge the building owner with any crime because everybody else got out of the burning building(all doors illegally locked or blocked) except the broken footed-man on crutches for he got trampled on by everyone else. Your theory brings the question how or why are doctors/hospitals charged with wrongful death when the idiots were all sick to begin with?
A grand jury is not transparent so we only know they couldn’t find “reasonable cause” to charge the white officer for murdering/using a prohibited chokehold against Eric Garner was due to racism.

When the population is focused on the emotions of manufactured racism, they don’t notice the reality of intrusiveness and oppression.
It seems Michael Brown was chosen as an intentionally bad example… as blacks would rally around him due to skin color (to protest “racism”?) while whites would be disgusted at his attitude and criminality… driving an artificial wedge between the races and creating distraction from the real issue…
…which is the Man is keeping us ALL down in slightly different ways.
Blacks shouldn’t hate whites… they should hate the System that keeps them poor and dependent… which is perpetuated by people like Sharpton far more than any white cop.
When this is over, poor uneducated skill-less dependent blacks are still going to be poor, uneducated, skill-less, dependent, and black… with the high crime and crap attitudes that attract police and promote brutality out of frustration more than racism.
And no matter what handful of cops are sacrificed before the altar of distracting political correctness or how many shyt-stirring ringleaders get invited to the White House or how many “investigations” are done, the government will not encourage the real cultural shift necessary to solve most of the black community’s problems… and they might not even allow it.
All races should be protesting the death of the cigarette peddler… not because of race… but because the government has so many levels of intrusive control that it is no longer possible to practice self sufficient free enterprise… and there is a violent government army quick to enforce dependence and subservience to keep it that way.

“When they searched me, they didn’t find nothing on me,” Orta said to the Advance regarding his arrest. “And the same cop that searched me, he told me clearly himself, that karma’s a b*tch, what goes around comes around,” Orta said, adding later, “I had nothing to do with this. I would be stupid to walk around with a gun after me being in the spotlight.”
At a meager $1500* each, the various local governments could save millions defending against lawsuits, if cops are the white knights some portray them to be.
At a meager $1500* each, the various local governments could safeguard the citizenry from abusive police if cops are the ultimate evil some portray them to be.
It’s not a perfect tool, but certainly a useful one. Besides, if you’re doing nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about (right?) – whichever side of the equation you are on (civilian or law enforcement).
I’d also like to see this program extended to our elected officials, used whenever they meet with special interest groups and lobbyists. We could call them CRITTERCAMS.™
*the $1500 figure was tossed around in some story or another I ran across somewhere .

I agree with Leon.
Citizens of all races should be in the streets with their pitchforks (or modern day equivalents… which probably is a barista’s coffee scoop or a burger flipper)… and they should be chanting “Nothing to hide, nothing to fear!”
That could apply to emails discussing the political abuse of the IRS… or the secret dealings with drug and insurance companies in Obamacare… or the shady arrangement with Wall Street and companies that pay no tax… etc.
Back in the day, many cops carried Radio Shack microrecorders. That was voluntary… so when some shytbag caused trouble, the tape backed up the cop… good deal… and when the cop caused trouble… “What microrecorder?”
Copcams would probably do more good in society… and eventually make policing easier… than any number of military surplus tanks and rocket launchers.

Cops in NYC are prohibited from conducting the Chokehold but they use it and get away with it, millions are spent on mace for cops to use in defense but they don’t use it because wearing it is uncomfortable, millions are spent on tasers/stun guns for defense but cops don’t use them because they’re uncomfortable to wear, cop shops don’t have to report gun shootings so when a cop doesn’t wear his body cam because it’s uncomfortable what the hell are you going to do about it? Or more importantly, what will the grand jury do about it? Cop cams will not influence(AS PROVEN) a grand jury when the prosecutor manipulates them to vote against citizens in favor of cops. Cop cams will not prevent the prosecutor from failing to indict a cop when the prosecutor wants to fail so that cops can continue discriminating against the black man in order to fill our jails.

Hint: some of the reasons black men fill jails is because they walk in the street, mouth off to cops, rob convenience stores, jump on cars, beat people to death with hammers… and burn and loot at any excuse as if it is a right.
Crimes happen regularly in black neighborhoods that are rare in white neighborhoods. Many of these crimes are poorly executed and unsophisticated… therefore very easy to make an arrest and get a conviction.
The discussion needs to focus on why this is the case and what can be done to solve the problem rather than the symptoms.
Such issues as…
– poverty and dependence (which the government perpetuates with handouts and controls on free enterprise (such as selling cigarettes)).
– elevation of destructive leadership (which the government encourages by legitimizing Sharpton, Jackson, and other “community organizers” that primarily organize unrest rather than organizing education, socialization, acquisition of employable skills, how to be a father, etc.)
– a culture of misplaced pride constantly conplaining about others taking advantage of them instead of copying traits that make other cultures successful… education, mild attitude, hard work, sacrifice for children’s future, etc.
– a culture of self-destructive actions as a ccommunity… from tearing up the neighborhood to disorderly conduct (walking in the street to rioting)
– etc etc etc.
Blaming everything on external racism is insulting to black communities… as it labels them too stupid, helpless, and sub-human to organize a functioning community, control their youth, build local businesses, etc…
…though it is easier than considering the real reasons these things are not done.
Nonetheless… until there can be an honest discussion, nothing will change for the better… because it is not really “racism” that is causing problems in the black community…
…unless it is black-against-everyone-else racism.

Ferguson Protests: KKK Accused of Burning Down Michael Brown Sr’s Church
Hacktavist group Anonymous claim to have evidence former police officer Darren Wilson is a member of the Klu Klux Klan (KKK).
The group allege an insider from within the St Louis Police Department is leaking information to Anonymous proving there is a link establishing Wilson’s membership of the KKK, but have not published it over fears it would endanger the source.
Anonymous launched a campaign against the far-right right group, including controlling Twitter accounts affiliated with the KKK and taking down websites.
\The church attended by Michael Brown’s father was burned down amid raging protests that followed a grand jury’s decision not to bring criminal charges against police officer Darren Wilson.
The Missouri church was one of a number of buildings which was torched during a night of mass unrest in the town, which police described as “way worse” than any of the violence which occurred in the weeks that followed following the 18-year-old’s killing.
While a majority of the disorder occurred in Ferguson, where Brown was shot by Wilson on 9 August, the Flood Christian Church was also attacked, despite being located three miles away in a remote location of County Club Hills.
The Church’s pastor, Reverend Carlton Lee, believes white supremacists were responsible for the arson attack and not the people protesting against the grand jury’s ruling.
Other buildings around the church were left unscathed.
Lee, who has appeared in rallies and press conferences alongside Michael Brown Sr, told NBC News: “The police called me and told me the church was on fire. I was in complete disbelief. I didn’t think anyone would set a church on fire.
“I feel like one of my children has died. I put my blood, my sweat, my tears into this church, getting this church built from the ground up. To see that it was taken down in a few minutes is really heartbreaking.”
Lee also claims to have received 71 death threats because of his vocal support for Brown and his family.”

Reverend Lee can make groundless public speculations and wishful thinking that some faceless white supremacists cared enough about his church to go out of their way to burn it down… but that does not make it so.
The insurance company will look at his dwindling finances and there will be an investigation to see if maybe he had some part in the burning down of his own church.
If there is evidence supporting this, there will be cries of racism… but, of course, insurance companies care only about how to not pay… regardless of race.
Let’s keep an eye on this.
“Anonymous” is full of shyt on this one. If “they” had anything, they would publicize it instead of giving the information but not the proof… and by “they”, I mean the single hacker (or non-hacker) who is making claims with nothing at all backing it up… though the media eats it up.
Of course, Anonymous is not exactly an organization… meaning if I publish Tbone’s police report and claim to be a member of Anonymous… well… I am… I guess.
But real Anonymous goes after the unlimited number of true dirtbags in politics and industry rather than tarnishing their image supporting the exact types of violent bully thugs that hackers generally loathe… so it’s not ringing true.
As for the “murder” of the cigarette salesman by “racist cops”, what would you say if you found out the incident was being supervised by a sergeant… who just happened to be a black woman.
As she was in charge, how does this affect accusations of racism?
I’m so burned out on all the tired racism accusations use to cover for old fashioned failure that if I saw Klansmen hanging a black guy is a tree in front of a burning cross next to a white’s only drinking fountain, I’d ask what the black guy did to deserve it.

12 year old boy shot, killed, murdered in less than 2 seconds…I know toy guns are terrible and 12 year old children shouldn’t have toy guns or should know how to use them and speak to/listen to police(especially the black ones because they should’ve learned in jail by the age of 12) since adults and there deadly guns are more important…but what else happened/is to do with this case or the cop killer’s(Garmback) past who killed the 12 year old boy…Well,
Cleveland paid out $100,000 to woman involving excessive force lawsuit against officer in Tamir Rice shooting http://www.cleveland.com/court-justice/index.ssf/2014/12/cleveland_paid_out_100000_to_w.htm
“Unbeknownst to Eaton, Cleveland police had been sent to Eaton’s neighborhood to find a suspect in a slaying. Garmback and Guerra found a man and woman walking down the street. The officers quickly arrested the man, despite the woman’s loud protests, according to documents Bradley and Marein filed.
Eaton came out of her home and believed that the officers were responding to her complaint of the car blocking her driveway. The lawsuit said Eaton did not want the person arrested for her complaint.
The suit said Garmback initially argued with Eaton. It said Garmback then “rushed (Eaton) and placed her in a chokehold, tackled her to the ground, twisted her wrist and began hitting her body. Officer Guerra rushed over and proceeded to punch Tamela Eaton in the face multiple times.”
The suit said “such reckless, wanton and willful excessive use of force proximately caused bodily injury to (Eaton).”
But county prosecutors placed the blame with Eaton. In court documents, authorities said Eaton interfered with officers as they attempted to check the homicide suspect. They said Eaton punched Garmback in the mouth. When the officers attempted to place her under arrest, she “continued to swing at them and resist.”
In November 2010, a Cuyahoga County jury in a trial acquitted Eaton. Nearly two years later, Eaton sued the officers.”
And in another Ohio case…
62 cop cars chase car at 100+ mph, 137 gun shots at said car by 13 cops and only 1 accused of manslaughter(the guy who jumped up on the hood of the car and shot down at “suspects” through windshield in Ohio). The case is still pending unless the grand jury has yet to charge officer Garmback?

When police kill, should officers judge themselves? http://america.aljazeera.com/watch/shows/america-tonight/articles/2014/9/17/when-police-killshouldofficersjudgethemselves.html
In 129 years, no Wisconsin review board has faulted a police officer for killing someone; could a new law change that?
September 17, 2014
“MILWAUKEE – Maria Hamilton moved her three sons to Wisconsin, from Gary, Indiana, to flee the gang violence that had taken over that city. Gunfire was so frequent that her sons sometimes slept on the floor.
Dontre was sleeping behind a food cart in Red Arrow Park in downtown Milwaukee when an officer woke and searched him. An argument ensued, and as the police report details, the officer took out his baton and began striking Dontre, who grabbed it from him. The officer later said Dontre struck him repeatedly with the baton, but the family says there is no proof of that. The officer then unloaded his weapon – 14 bullets in all, one ricocheting and hitting the 31-year-old twice.
“We feel like it was some hatred, it was some type of emotion from getting his baton taken,” his brother Nathaniel Hamilton said. “But we feel Dontre was only trying to protect himself.”
And in Wisconsin, like in most parts of the country, the people making that judgment are often other police officers from the same department. Nationwide, no one knows how often officers are found at fault for homicide, or even the number of officer-involved shootings; there’s no government effort to track those numbers.”
A father’s mission
On the night of Nov. 7, 2004, the Kenosha police said they stopped 21-year-old Michael Bell Jr. on suspicion of drunk driving. Partially captured on a police dashboard camera, the situation escalated.
Bell Jr. ended up over the hood of a car with Officer David Krueger holding him in a bear hug, according to statements by officers present. At some point, another officer, Erich Strausbaugh started screaming: “He’s got my gun! He’s got my gun!” A third officer, Albert Gonzalez, put a gun to Bell’s head and pulled the trigger.
Strausbaugh later stated that he believed Bell Jr. was trying to take his gun. But an independent investigation raised another possibility, one supported by witnesses and later forensic tests: Strausbaugh’s gun got hooked on the car’s mirror.
DNA and fingerprint testing found no evidence that Bell Jr. touched Strausbaugh’s holster or revolver. His mother Kim Bell, an eyewitness, insists her son never reached for the officer’s gun. In her first time explaining to the media what she saw that day, Kim Bell said she was able to see Bell Jr.’s hands when the officer put the gun to his head.
“And we’re screaming for help. And it didn’t go off right away,” she said. “And then the gun went off. And I saw my son fall to the ground. I fell to the ground.”
Bell Sr. didn’t witness his son’s shooting and initially withheld judgment. As a retired military pilot, he expected an in-depth investigation would sort out the facts, just like the Air Force Inspector General would do. Instead, he says the police investigation was a “sham.” Within 48 hours, he said a local reporter called him, breaking the news that the police held a review panel and cleared themselves of any fault.
“The crime lab report wasn’t back,” he said. “The autopsy wasn’t complete. None of these things had even come back and they had cleared themselves of all wrongdoing.”
He vowed to make a single change. “If a police officer takes a life, let’s make sure that the department [that] was involved in that shooting doesn’t investigate itself.”
Here at ROKDROP we continue to hear/ya’ll continue to make excuses for police and justify the grand jury. SICKENING! “Oh he was fat and had a heart attack, no wonder the grand jury ruled as they did” on top of Chickenhead’s never ending racist tude with black people.

I invite you to go back and re-read the comments as most of us have agreed that the state of New York and New York City deserve a lot of the blame for Mr. Garner’s death and that the officer shouldn’t have resorted to that particular maneuver to take Mr. Garner down.
Mr. Garner did play his own part by physically resisting arrest, but the situation likely would never have happened if New York City didn’t have such overbearing policies on cigarette taxation.
I would be willing to bet that some top cop, perhaps the commissioner, has been instructed by city hall to have the NYPD make busting untaxed cigarettes a priority. If the city and state of New York enact these ridiculous laws and then expect the police to go out and enforce them, then they shouldn’t be surprised when a situation like this comes about.
It’s unfortunate that they can so easily dump all the blame on the police at the ground level and act as if their hands are clean.

Defenders of cop involved in Garner death say he’s a ‘model officer’ http://www.cnn.com/2014/12/04/us/police-officer-daniel-pantaleo/
But court records show he has been sued at least twice, both times on allegations of false arrest and unlawful imprisonment.
One suit was brought by two men from Staten Island, Darren Collins and Tommy Rice, who alleged that Pantaleo arrested them in 2012 on baseless charges, and humiliated them in public.
They claimed that on the street, during an arrest on drug suspicions, Pantaleo and another officer “pulled down the plaintiffs’ pants and underwear, and touched and searched their genital areas, or stood by while this was done in their presence.”
Lawyers for the officers denied the charges, saying they acted reasonably and exercised their discretion. But they reached a settlement in the case, for $30,000, according to the plaintiffs’ lawyers.
The other suit, filed this year, has not yet been resolved.”

Is sodomy with a stick worse than death?
The outcry over Justin Volpe’s abuse of Abner Louima — compared with comparative silence about decades of police killings — suggests assaulting someone’s manhood is worse than killing him.
New York police officer Justin Volpe’s guilty plea Tuesday to charges of depriving Abner Louima of his civil rights, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and witness tampering came as no real surprise, given that all last week was spent with his cronies in the New York Police Department testifying to what we already knew: that on Aug. 9, 1997, Volpe and three other police officers beat Louima brutally in a police cruiser, and then back at the station house Volpe sodomized Louima with a broken broom handle while a fellow officer held him down.”

When an officer is putting you under arrest and you tell him not to touch you and flail your arms, you are resisting arrest.
Would you have the police abort an arrest attempt every time someone disagrees with being arrested?
I’m not defending anyone in this case. I am saying there isn’t only one person to blame in this situation.
I’m not a big fan of current policing methods, nor many of the laws being enforced by the police, but any reasonable person can see Mr. Garner was not complying with the officers commands and the police at street level aren’t going to just “go away and leave you alone” in such a situation.
Had I reacted in such a manner, I’d expect the COPs to rat-pack me as well.
I do not see this as a racial issue so much as a government run amok enforcing unjust laws and an economic issue. Bill Cosby would not have been treated this way, you or I would be (assuming similar reactions to the police confrontation).
I believe the confrontation should never have taken place.
I believe the the police used excessive force, considering the situation, and disallowed methods outlined by the department.
I believe Mr. Garner certainly didn’t deserve to die according to everything I’ve seen in the video.
I KNOW (as things are now) that any constructed confrontation (due to the aforementioned multitude of unjust laws police are charged with enforcing) with the police, no matter how minor an infraction, has the potential to lead to a citizens’ loss of freedom or life.

If you refuse to believe what you see with your own eyes, then we will never be able to have an honest discussion.
When the officer attempts to grab onto his arms to cuff him, he pulls his arms back and says don’t touch me. When someone acts in that manner, not only is it resisting arrest, it gives the police the idea that they are about to be dealing with a combatant suspect. When you behave this way, you shouldn’t be surprised if the police resort to getting physical.
Once the police become physical, they usually don’t stop until they are sure the suspect is subdued and and won’t pose a threat. Sometimes they keep going. It appears that the police in this case didn’t continue to apply force for an excessive amount of time once they had Garner under control. The excess comes in the manner in which the force was applied via the hold around the neck which was banned by the NYPD.
The choice of going for the hold on the neck by this officer is what sets this apart. By the law, the police would have been justified in using almost any other method to take Mr. Garner down and subdue him for as long as he resisted. In his condition, any of those other ways may very well have caused the same strain on his body and cardiovascular system that would have led to his death.
All of this is underlined by the fact that if not for New York’s laws regarding cigarettes, this never would have happened to begin with, and it shouldn’t have.
Like I said, there’s plenty of blame to go around for the end result here. I won’t hesitate to say the cop was wrong in his methods, and the NYPD and NY legislators are wrong for creating these conditions and aggressively enforcing petty BS. I am not defending them.
I just have a hard time understanding why you can’t seem to admit any wrongdoing/culpability whatsoever on the part of Mr. Garner. Same goes for the discussion we had on Ferguson and your refusal to acknowledge Michael Brown’s irrefutable criminal actions caught on tape.
Also, it’s disappointing that we can’t have a conversation without you berating the other participants with profanities and insults, even the ones who are keeping it civil and presenting their point of view respectfully.

My comments on the NYPD/Garner issue are caught in the spam trap.
In regards to the shooting of the 12 year old, it sounds like this officer wasn’t mentally fit for his duties in the past. I don’t know what his mental capacities were like that day. People with the types of problems he was displaying in 2012 usually don’t become much more mentally resilient, and will continue to have issues. If Cleveland knew about his previous record, they shouldn’t have allowed him on the force.
That being said, I think most officers wouldn’t have hesitated to shoot in that situation. I am thankful that I won’t ever have to make that kind of decision in a split second.

The video of the 12 year-old is interesting… as it is not possible to tell his age. Further, he is very clearly pointing what honestly appears to be a gun in a very threatening manner.
On the other hand, those are about the stupidest cops ever… screeching to a halt in the middle of a situation with no cover and (relatively) a long window of vulnerability while getting out of the car after alerting the suspect of their arrival by noisily driving off the road. Had he been a real shooter, he would have had the drop on the cops… shooting through the windows before they even got out of the car.
(I was on a police ride-along once when a suspect was spotted walking down the street. The cop made a noisy u-turn, accelerated, and screeched to a halt behind him. The guy took off runnning immediately before even looking back. (They eventually caught him, as you cannot outrun the radio)
Contrast this with another time when the cop just pulled up 10 feet behind, parked, quickly walked up behind the suspect and had him on the ground without him noticing anything above ambient traffic noise.)
None-the-less… the 12 year-old brought that upon himself… and since he is 12, his parents are likely to blame for not expaining to him the dangers of running around in public places threatening people with what appears to be a real gun… and by “family”, I (statistically) mean his absent father and overworked mother and perhaps his wannabe gang friends which think guns represent power and respect… as demonstrated by the reactions he was getting pointing the toy one at people on the street.
Protip: Never introduce the concept of Gary, Indiana into any argument… unless you are a skinhead wishing to prove why blacks should never be left to manage their own affairs.
Hint: Google Gary police chief Thomas Houston who went to jail for using excessive force on (the wrong) suspect.
He is black… though that really doesn’t matter as much as the racebaiters would like to believe… as cops respect good cops regardless of skin color… unless they are worthless quota-filling affirmative action hires which give all minorities, including women, a bad name.

The Eric Garner protests are starting to get some traction.
Right now, those pushing a racial angle are leading the demonstrations… but…
…his daughter has come out and said it was not a racial issue… and the family has told Al Sharpton to stay away.
The Tryvon Martin and Michael Brown debacles have burned through all the good will the white community might have for blacks being repressed by “racists”…
…but if the death of Eric Garner can be marketed as a case of needless police brutality enforcing needless government overreach, it can appeal to a wide range of people of all races… which may not see themselved as targets of police brutality, but are tired of government interference… and uncomfortable with the increasing militarization of equipment and tactics used to enforce questionable laws on victimless crimes.
Mass peaceful demonstrations that placed clear limits on what the government and its enforcement organizations can do would benefit all Americans.
In the end, robbing stores and walking in the street are exactly the things police should be looking to control… and they certainly should respond to resistance with appropriate force.
Shady actions are what police (and neighborhood watch) should question… and the targets of those questions should recognize the situation and explain themselves politely… as this community vigilance against unusual or suspicious behavior benefits everyone… from quality of life to economics.
Police acting as a quick-to-violence enforcement arm for politicians with goals other than strengthening America or helping citizens are an increasing problem that is worthy of a large (peaceful) public response.
Eric Garner’s seeming unjust (and very accidental) death could be a focal point for positive change…
…as long as it is not stolen by racebaiters looking to twist the focus to their own narrow ends.
…which of couse the government will covertly support… as angry minorities are easily compartmentalized and managable with petty social and economic bribes… while anger among the general population is a true threat.

Now, in the same St. Louis neighborhood, a group of blacks pulled a Bosnian girl from her car an beat her.
It is hard to know for sure… but one could guess a community of Bosnian refugees has been through some tough and violent times… and aren’t too intimidated by accusations of racism… and could very easily be pushed into committing some real hate crimes in retaliation.

I wonder how many of those gangbangers could actually point Bosnia out on a map.
“Police say the woman said she thought the crime was racially motivated because the suspects asked her if she was Bosnian.”
I just can’t help but wonder if the guys really asked her that. I could see someone saying that just so St. Louis and the FBI couldn’t ignore a potential racial aspect like they seem to have done with the hammer murder.
I just can’t understand why Bosnians specifically would be targeted by blacks. Is there some long time feud going on in that neighborhood?
Hmmmmm. Already a day old and the only websites I could find to report it were the local CBS affiliate, Breitbart, and the conservative treehouse.
“I just can’t understand why Bosnians specifically would be targeted by blacks.”
When Bosnian neighborhoods are next to black neighborhoods, Bosnians get targeted.
When white neighborhoods are next to black neighborhoods, whites get targeted.
When Asian neighborhoods are next to black neighborhoods, Asians get targeted.
When Hispanic neighborhoods are next to black neighborhoods, Hispanics get targeted.
When Jewish neighborhoods are next to black neighborhoods, Jews get targeted.
Now that you have a few more data points, can you better understand?

Right….but if this were about Michael Brown or Eric Garner, why would they be out to get a Bosnian specifically and not just happy they were beating the shiit out of a white person? If she answered no, would it have made a difference?
Not saying it wasn’t racially motivated. Just saying it wouldn’t make much sense for them to be after Bosnians specifically.
As far as hispanics and blacks go, when it comes to gangs (in southern California at least) that targeting goes back and forth. The hispanic gangs had gotten the upper hand by sheer numbers and propensity for gratuitous violence the last I heard a few years ago. Wicked dudes, that MS-13.

If only Chickenhead and his ilk could turn their head/back on an African American male. Somehow white people/animal experts know how/when to leave “animals” alone so why don’t they know when to leave “Superhuman Hulk like Demons” alone..?

Ooops I’m sorry I included a link. Though if I were to follow the Chickenhead rule that says nobody should include links because of his dismay for the media then perhaps nobody would know what I’m talking about which is the case when Chickenhead doesn’t leave or provide links. I guess we’re all suppose to guess what the heck Chickenhead is talking about and agree with it no matter what or wait for him to provide a link later, someday, whenever he feels like leaving it. If only everyone would follow the rules of Chickenhead.
Korean news is reporting that there has been a shooting incident at Osan American High School.
DUH!!! Ain’t you got an opinion Duh? I’ll wait for your opinion before I search or learn anything about it. Until then if I have a question I’ll keep it to myself as I’m sure you’ll just save the link for us until someone might happen to ask for it, thank you!! Thank you for your cooperation, DUH!!!
http://fox2now.com/2014/11/30/man-dies-after-being-struck-by-hammers/
Oh, if you didn’t know those are the Chickenhead ROKDROP rules so you better follow them!!!!!!!!!!!

Johnnyboy, sounds like wimpy Darren Wilson better watch his back and even the hero convenience store clerk?
I wouldn’t worry about Wilson too much. He’s a pretty good shot.
Do you think less than 50% accuracy is “pretty good” hahahahaha? He shot 12+ bullets and only landed six. After he shot 10 bullets he stood over Michael Brown and shot him in the head two final times. What a F***** STUD!!! Darren Wilson for PRESIDENT 2016!!!!!
Let’s get real here, your boy and so many others whom Chickenhead concedes believes and follows(AND NOBODY HAS EVER DISAGREED) him are for the disintegration of the African American media voice while white peoples money is the utmost of importance, correct? Well then, I’ll just sit back and watch/see the activism here on ROKDROP? This outta be good, Hehehehehe!!!!!
I’m guessing poverty, unemployment, and hopelessness has put a real strain on Tbone’s mental facilities.

Ok that’s the Smokin Roundup for today, I now return you to the non-stop ramblings of Tbone who just doesn’t shut the F up.

Both.
…as long as we are talking about listening to their music and not being fisted.
Neither, as in what we’re talking about but you know that already.
You have chosen wisely.
Johnnyboy,
“I wouldn’t worry about Wilson too much. He’s a pretty good shot.”
I’m with Tbone on this. I bet I could get at least a 75% hit ratio on any 6 foot 4, 300 pound superhuman demon hulks. They are big targets.
Now the skanky little one that was with him would be a harder target. Fifty percent sounds about right.
Taking a break from Tbone’s homeless street person ranting, there has been a sinking of a Korean fishing vessel in the Bearing Sea. 52 are still missing, 10 have been rescued, and one confirmed death at the time of this article.

CH,
One study showed that NYPD officer accuracy averages out to 18% during a gunfight and 30% when suspects aren’t returning fire.
From what I can find about Wilson’s shot’s fired, it appears that he shot 12 rounds and hit with 7 or 8.
That’s either 58% or 66% percent which would put him well above the NYPD’s average according to the study.
See… anybody can hit a Giant Superhuman Demon Hulk more than half the time…
…though I imagine the gentle ones are harder to hit…
…being that you feel so bad about putting them down.
MTB Rider, nobody asked you for that link you big dummy, Please follow Chickenhead rules and only rely on Chickead media from here on out!
Smokes, who asked you for those many links?
Darren Wilson shot Micheal Brown 2-3 times before he shot him dead in the face and head from 30 feet away.
The asst. prosecutor then gave them the current law but only at the end and without and explanation of the law. This is not the end of the Michael Brown case and much to the shagrin of Chickenhead this was, is, and forever will be an “issue” despite Chickehead’s denial.
My favorite NFL team is the RAMS…
http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2014-11-30/hands-up-dont-shoot-ferguson-missouri-michael-brown-darren-wilson-st-louis-rams-protest-tunnel-video
“The “Hands up, don’t shoot” movement was made popular by protestors after police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., on Aug. 9.
The Rams participated in the silent protest by coming out of the tunnel with their hands up on Sunday.”
Robert McCulloch is a RACIST, kind of like Darren Wilson…
http://www.newrepublic.com/article/120443/ferguson-prosecutor-and-witness-testimony-bias-and-lots-ambiguity
Read the Riveting Rest…
Much more to come as the 4 day weekend is over and we hear more on the never ending important issue/protests/human chains etc…of Michael Brown’s case and similar cases are still in progress but our great President Obama responded as did a GOP staffer attack on the innocent daughters of our beloved President. GOP attacks Obama for not helping African Americans…
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/11/25/obama-immigration-amnesty-why-arent-african-americans-outraged-by-president/
So, what will the GOP say now that Obama is trying to help them…? Will they help Obama help them? Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

“much to the shagrin of Chickenhead”
There is hardly any shagrinning going on here.
Blacks screamed, ‘Kill the White People!’ before brutal murder of Zemir Begic
http://www.infowars.com/blacks-screamed-kill-the-white-people-before-brutal-murder-of-zemir-begic/
Whatever.

“SLPOA Business Manager Jeff Roorda said, “Roorda was incensed that the Rams and the NFL would tolerate such behavior and called it remarkably hypocritical.”
We were wrong, Tbone. You are right.
Michael Brown was an innocent lamb slaughtered by the Nazi KKK dirty racist cop.
You win. We lose.
Rachael Maddow and John Stewart are paragons of insightful and balanced reporting in their exposures of all the stinking racist whites that spend their days plotting on how to trouble blacks and browns.
As much as it hurts our pride to admit it, you were right all along.
You are the winner.
You can stop now.

Tbone how does this fit in with your craziness? Let me guess… he’s an Oreo right? Hmm.. Sir Charles for pres maybe?
I just find it amusing that it is some how controversial Barkley calling rioters, arsonists, and looters scumbags. What else should he call them, “peaceful protesters”?
There Can Be Only One!
North Korea has continued the tradition of requiring anyone who shares their name with Kim Jong Un to change it to something else.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/n-korea-directive-shows-ban-sharing-leaders-name-034921687.html
With Kim the single most popular family name, and Jong Un fairly common, there will be a lot of hassle up north for a lot of folks…
Smokes says…
Is that all you got? Charles Barkley is a “thug”( by Chickenhead definition and probably GI Korea etc…) whom you’re only now rallying around because…I’m not sure, are you a racist? Charles Barkley once spit on an innocent young female(white) NBA fan during an NBA game in New Jersey. This is Smokes kind of guy!!! If Michael Brown spit on Darren Wilson you and almost everyone else here on ROKDROP would’ve been calling for a public guillotine death for Michael Brown rather than an NRA/GUN death.
No Indictment for NYPD Chokehold Death…
http://www.cnn.com/2014/12/03/justice/new-york-grand-jury-chokehold/
Smokes, I answered your question now what do you think about the liberal state of New York/police strangling/chokehold. The chokehold is prohibited by the NYPD, yet the white cop walks free) for strangling a citizen to death for a supposed minor crime. This man of 6 children begged for his life(oxygen) and/or the police not to kill him…but according to police he was “resisting” arrest. The grand jury set the cop killer free just like in Ferguson county Missouri with the prosecutors etc…help.
Juror #10 in the Darren Brown/Darren Wilson case was the only quoted pro+ witness by prosecutor Robert McCulloch for Darren Wilson but the story of this #10 witness changed just like the other witnesses whom Robert McCulloch condemned. A Washington post editorial was lambasted for good reason(because it LIED) below…
Article claims ‘proof’ Ofc. Wilson had to shoot

In the Rewrite, Lawrence O’Donnell questions several claims made in a Washington Post story written by a law professor about the shooting death of Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson. watch

None of you know what proof is!!!
All you white etc…boys on here look/sound/write in a silly manner in how you attempt to protect you fellow white boy criminal actions.
Charles Barkely physically assaulted(yes spitting/spatting is assault in America but not in S. Korea if a S. Korean hagwon owner spits/spats on a “foreign English teacher- see video Tom and others have referred to) a young white female NBA fan and the big monster type superhuman black man(Charles Barkley) got away with it yet, he served NO time for his crime.
Can’t Breathe…no matter, it’s cause you’re black selling single cigarettes for 50 cents so now YOU DIE after we gang up on you, throw you to the ground, smash your head onto our soft sidewalk cement using our knees to gash your neck and our arms to smother you/use our favorite but outdated & prohibited CHOKEHOLD. When this is done by cops and they get away with it in the super liberal state of New York, then Missouri and many others is/are no surprise!
Egregious police misconduct cases should have an independent prosecutor because there’s a conflict of interest otherwise. The NYPD/prosecutor continued calling witnesses against Eric Garner(supposed single cigarette seller?) even though they didn’t need any more evidence, they and anyone else can see for themselves the egregious police actions, you can also watch it on the TV show “COPS” weekly. I usually get sick after watching what police get by with on video each and every week of every year since that sick AZZ show began.
I occasionally enjoy French Toast.
Saying “I can’t breathe” proves that you CAN breathe and negates any claims to the contrary…
…ergo, a video of “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe!!!!!!!!!!!)” is actually evidence in favor of the cops.
Just sayin’.
Good point!
He should have more correctly and accurately stated: “I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted. I am having difficulty breathing as my airway is restricted!!!!!!!!!!!”
Nice catch.
Just sayin’.
The state is apparently so opposed to cigarettes/lost taxes they sued Fedex for aiding in shipping untaxed cigarettes from other states.
http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/fedex-hit-235m-lawsuit-shipping-untaxed-cigarettes-article-1.1739975
“Remember he died of a heart attack not the headlock this is probably why the grand jury did not want to pin one guy with what happened.”
Filmographer indicted…the bad man Ramsey Orta who video-taped the murdering racist white NYPD cop Daniel Pantaleo…
http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/12/nypd-cop-who-choked-eric-garner-wasnt-indicted-but-man-who-recorded-the-incident-was/
“Authorities argued that Orta stuffed an unloaded gun inside 17-year-old Alba Lekaj’s waistband outside a hotel. But Orta has said that the charges against him were trumped up as retaliation for filming Garner being grabbed from behind by Officer Daniel Pantaleo. The city’s medical examiner determined that Garner’s death was a “homicide by chokehold.”
COP Cameras may not prevent every instance of police misbehavior but they can help some.
Discounting the utility of COP CAMs is tantamount to dismissing seat belts and air bags because sometimes people still die in car accidents.
Furthermore, COPCAMs™ are a win-win
Someone hid a camera in the shower facilities on a Navy submarine and distributed the videos of female officers among the other crew members.
http://www.cnn.com/2014/12/04/politics/navy-submarine-investigation/index.html?hpt=hp_t2
johnnyboy: So, females are actually improving morale in the submariner service. Who woulda thunk it?
I always heard everyone on submarines was gay. Probably one of the other females.
More Chickenhead generalized re-manufactured tripe, he doesn’t speak of the most recent point at hand(Eric Garner’s murder, the non-indictment of a white racist cop who moved from Ohio to NYC “looking for action.” Instead he acts like only black men commit crimes and burn buildings. At least he admits jails are filled with black men, though his reasoning is racist. What about death threats Chickenhead?
The “Burning of Washington” by white man, OMG! I could find more but I’ll stick to the present…
Or most recently the KKK burnings(I suspect Chicken is connected).

Anybody or any group that would rationalize away what a complete puke Michael Brown was on every level deserves no respect… only ridicule and hateful speaking.
“Anybody or any group that would rationalize away what a complete puke Michael Brown was on every level deserves no respect… only ridicule and hateful speaking.”
You just(your modus operandi) turned the table again as always. You just don’t get it do you? DUUUH Chickenhead!!!
You haven’t learned a thing through all this have you…so sad Chickenhead must be as he’s either too stupid or just can’t admit it.
12 year old boy shot, killed, murdered in less than 2 seconds…I know toy guns are terrible and 12 year old children shouldn’t have toy guns or should know how to use them and speak to/listen to police(especially the black ones because they should’ve learned in jail by the age of 12) since adults and there deadly guns are more important…but what else happened/is to do with this case or the cop killer’s(Garmback) past who killed the 12 year old boy…Well,
Cleveland paid out $100,000 to woman involving excessive force lawsuit against officer in Tamir Rice shooting
http://www.cleveland.com/court-justice/index.ssf/2014/12/cleveland_paid_out_100000_to_w.htm

ROKDROP is more extreme than Glen Beck…
The Blaze says…
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/12/04/beck-says-his-position-on-the-garner-verdict-will-likely-surprise-some-its-obscene/
Here at ROKDROP we continue to hear/ya’ll continue to make excuses for police and justify the grand jury. SICKENING! “Oh he was fat and had a heart attack, no wonder the grand jury ruled as they did” on top of Chickenhead’s never ending racist tude with black people.
RULE # 1, you cannot LIE to try to explain/justify it.
On March 13th 1999 on the nightly news there was a piece on police brutality and former Pres. Clinton reacted/made a statement as did others, so what has changed since then? NOTHING, at ROKDROP!
What killed Eric Garner…? His own emotions ⊙_◎(Crazy)!
Patrick J. Lynch is a scumbagdbagetc…police union spokesman working for his money while defending murdering officer as a…”model officer/Upstanding Boy/Eagle Scout”(kind of like those on ROKDROP)….Hear him for yourself/VIDEO…This “Eagle Scout/Model Officer” lost one case, has another pending, and will likely have the Eric Garner case before him for a long, long, long, time!!! He sounds gay to me but that’s okay, Chickenhead would dig em.
Defenders of cop involved in Garner death say he’s a ‘model officer’
http://www.cnn.com/2014/12/04/us/police-officer-daniel-pantaleo/
Johnnyboy, they got the shooter via an indictment. It was the shooter of the video.
“Mr. Garner did play his own part by physically resisting arrest”
Please explain how he resisted?????
Hahahahahaha!!!!!! I saw 5 cops attack one man that did NOTHING to “resist”!!!!!!! Who was the #99???
Cops say Eric Garner outweighed the BAD MURDERING COP by 150 pounds but didn’t mention there were 4-5 other cops there to help him. #99 jammed his knee into his neck slamming his face onto the cement while the others raped him…Ooops I’m thinking of Louima…
http://www.salon.com/1999/05/26/louima/
Is sodomy with a stick worse than death?
The outcry over Justin Volpe’s abuse of Abner Louima — compared with comparative silence about decades of police killings — suggests assaulting someone’s manhood is worse than killing him.
New York police officer Justin Volpe’s guilty plea Tuesday to charges of depriving Abner Louima of his civil rights, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and witness tampering came as no real surprise, given that all last week was spent with his cronies in the New York Police Department testifying to what we already knew: that on Aug. 9, 1997, Volpe and three other police officers beat Louima brutally in a police cruiser, and then back at the station house Volpe sodomized Louima with a broken broom handle while a fellow officer held him down.”
johnnyboy, you ain’t no Glen Beck! DUUUH!!! But nice worthless try, DUUUH!!!
I agree with you, Leon. I don’t believe he deserved to die, and I don’t think the officer intended for him to die either.
Whole thing could have been avoided with better choices by everyone involved, including the bastards who come up with these ridiculous laws that brought the situation about in the first place.
Haven’t had a real Christmas tree in probably 10 years. Just put one up for the kids today. Forgot how much I love the smell.
Chickenhead: “Only Black people protest violently…Wa Wonk Wa/Blah blah blah…”

Leon: “but any reasonable person can see Mr. Garner was not complying with the officers commands”
What were those commands? And what didn’t that horrible big fat black man do that the police ordered him to do? Put your written words where your big mouth is…explain it Simpleton! Oh, and I saw him put his hands up before they jumped on his back so don’t LIE like everyone else here at ROKDROP.
Do you know how many time the police claim “resist” and stupid f**** like yourselves believe them?
12 year old boy was so stupid he “resisted” but only given less than 2 seconds to do so and completely justified by GI Korea etc…because that stupid kid should’ve known better/how to handle toy guns/speak/listen to cops. STUPID F***** kid.
But of course the cop is an eagle scout who can do no wrong since he was justified as a kids harmless toy gun can be mistaken for an adult deadly toy. Shoot em all down and kill em all, toy or not, preferably immediately or at least within 2 seconds…
http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2014/dec/03/officer-who-fatally-shot-tamir-rice-had-been-judged-unfit
tbonetlr, you are just being confrontational. If you read what I am writing you will see that although I’m responding in a sober, unemotional way, I (and the others) are basically agreeing with you.
Recently, three black kids beat a Bosnian to death with hammers.
Another incident or two might make things more interesting in St. Louis.
Fudge….My sister-in-law just moved to St Louis (her husband is USAF, stationed around there).
Fortunately, she’d not Albanian, but Cuban.
I once had Albanian neighbors (in the DC area) and people from those parts are pretty scrappy. Might be some interesting times indeed.

Imagine that.
With the over militarization of police forces and now the military doing urban combat training in major U.S. cities, it’s only a matter of time before there will be some mis-communication …
I feel like you guys might enjoy this video. Reminded me of the beginning of Old Boy.

Illegal Chinese Fishermen Invade East Sea
http://news.kbs.co.kr/news/NewsView.do?SEARCH_NEWS_CODE=2978362&ref=A
Skip to 1:00 in the clip and behold the audacity of the filthy Chinese. Hundreds of boats filled with illegal fisherman staging a protest in what is clearly Korean sovereign water.
What kind of country would tolerate criminals unlawfully protesting in an area they’re not even supposed to be in about the policies of said nation towards curbing the illegal entry… ummm… oh yeah…
