NYPD Blues(video below)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opknm1hYwv4

‘Comedian and HBO talk show host Bill Maher blasts NYPD, police unions’

.”..blasted the NYPD and the city’s police unions Friday, calling cops “New York’s Whiniest” for participating in a work slowdown and turning their backs on Mayor de Blasio at funerals for two fallen officers.

“When did the NYPD start suffering from PMS,” Maher asked as he wrapped up his show “Real Time With Bill Maher.”

“Seriously, if our deal with the police is that we have to constantly reassure them how much we love them unless they throw a tantrum, we’re not supporting them. We’re dating them,” he said.

Maher, who claims he supports the police, lambasted the NYPD for what he called a “virtual work stoppage to teach Bill de Blasio a lesson for not saying he loves them enough.”

“The cops were already furious with the mayor for not endorsing their novel crime prevention tactic of choking random citizens to death, but purposely not doing your job? Turning your back to him at funerals? What did de Blasio do — get caught in a video with Ice Cube singing f— the police?”

Maher admitted that the cops have a dirty job — but, hey, they volunteered for it, he said.

“It’s like a proctologist coming home every night, saying, ‘I can’t believe I have to look at a——s all day,” Maher said. “I do support the police and I understand their job is to look at a——s all day, but something outrageous has been going on in the big apple in the last couple of weeks.”

“When did the police become infallible?” he asked. “No matter what they do, they always say it was by the book. Put six slugs into an unarmed man from the seat of their car? By the book. Strangle a handcuffed guy to death? By the book. Kill a 12-year-old who had a toy gun? By the book. Maybe they need to get a new book.”

“Who wrote this book, anyway, George Zimmerman?” he said.

Maher then blamed the NYPD police unions for the work slowdown, adding, “This is why Americans hate unions now.”

“When did the NYPD start suffering from PMS,”

…when self-serving politicians started championing the shyt of society instead of those who serve as a barrier trying to contain the shyt.

Fewer parking tickets and fewer bullshyt arrests have probably served the citizens of New York, especially the poor and minority, better than anything else the police could have done.

Saudi blogger Badawi ‘flogged for Islam insult’
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-30744693
“The flogging took place outside a mosque in the Red Sea city of Jeddah after Friday prayers, witnesses said.
AFP news agency, quoting people at the scene, said Mr Badawi arrived at the mosque in a police car and had the charges read out to him in front of a crowd.
He was then made to stand with his back to onlookers and whipped, though he remained silent, the witnesses said.
Badawi is due to undergo 50 lashes every week after Friday prayers, which will continue for 20 weeks until his punishment is complete.
Amnesty International says Badawi, who started the “Free Saudi Liberals” website, was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 1,000 lashes on charges related to accusations he insulted Islam on the online forum.
He was also ordered by Jeddah’s Criminal Court to pay a fine of $266,000.
Another witness told the human rights organisation that Badawi was removed from a bus in shackles and taken to a public square in front of the al-Jafali mosque in Jeddah. He was then flogged in front of a crowd and security guards for 15 minutes, before being put back on the bus and driven away.”

Financial Times calls for Sharia self-censorship:
Financial Times’ Europe Editor Calls Charlie Hebdo ‘Stupid,’ Accuses Paper Of ‘Muslim Baiting’
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/01/07/financial-times-charlie-hebdo-stupid-muslim-baiting_n_6430242.html
“Barber leveled his charge in an opinion piece published Wednesday afternoon, hours after three masked gunmen stormed Charlie Hebdo’s newsroom and opened fire. Witnesses say the shooters shouted “Allahu Akbar” and “we have avenged the prophet,” before fleeing in a waiting car.
“Charlie Hebdo has a long record of mocking, baiting and needling French Muslims,” Barber writes, pointing a finger at the paper for inciting the violence. “France is the land of Voltaire, but too often editorial foolishness has prevailed at Charlie Hebdo.”
He continued:
This is not in the slightest to condone the murderers, who must be caught and punished, or to suggest that freedom of expression should not extend to satirical portrayals of religion. It is merely to say that some common sense would be useful at publications such as Charlie Hebdo, and Denmark’s Jyllands-Posten, which purport to strike a blow for freedom when they provoke Muslims, but are actually just being stupid.”

The figure, whose voice is obscured says: “We are declaring war against you, the terrorists.”

Of course this has nothing to do with what is best or what is right. The police aren’t doing this to be heroes.

Mostly it has to do with putting the squeeze on the ticket income racket that funds all sorts of wasteful city projects and starts to be relied on as an important part of the city budget.

But the mayor realizes police are a small voting block… and people of color will band together to support a criminal of color based on race alone… and vote as a large group along racial lines (while crying oppressive racism at every other chance)… so the mayor has no problem throwing a few tens of thousands of police under the bus to get millions of easy-to-manipulate emotional and uneducated voting supporters stirred up over manufactured racial issues.

…unless he is forced to give in because there is no budget to pay for his black SUV convoy or banquets for his cronies.

Hopefully this goes on and reduces citizens’ dependence on the police, shows the needlessness of so many intrusive laws, reduces the size/power of government, stops the fleecing of citizens through all the fines and fees associated with violations and civil infractions, etc.

But, once the police budget gets cut to fund city waste and abuse, the police will see the light… and it will be back to business as usual.

Jon Stewart mocks NYPD “slowdown,” introduces us to “sh*ttier New York”
“A slowdown sounds so negative. It’s really more of a public safety stay-cation.”

On Thursday’s edition of “The Daily Show,” Jon Stewart addressed the recent NYPD slowdown — New York City’s police department has been making fewer arrests in what could be a protest against Mayor Bill de Blasio. De Blasio has received widespread criticism from New York cops after seemingly siding with demonstrators following the death of Eric Garner.

“A slowdown sounds so negative,” said Stewart. “It’s really more of a public safety stay-cation, if you will. It explains the NYPD’s new motto: ‘To chill and reflect.’”

Stewart then cut to correspondent Jason Jones, who gave us a tour of the new, “shittier” New York, in which you can participate in a botched cocaine purchase next to a policeman and graffiti lewd symbols on a “Daily Show” billboard.

Nope.

Anybody who has holes in their ears big enough for Tbone’s diick doesn’t get much respect… but as an alcoholic and druggie, Chiara de Blasio isn’t really expected to make good long-term decisions.

Looks like the problem is not really one of race… but one of more classless politicians, who can’t even give good guidance to their children, getting elected and “leading” the country to the idea that there certainly is no need to respect others because it is not necessary to respect yourself… and there is no need to take responsibility for yourself because no matter how you screw it up, it is someone else’s obligation to help you.

With people screaming racism even when it isn’t warranted, and the mayor saying his son is at risk of being killed by the police, if I were in the NYPD at the patrol level, I would probably just quit.

Not out of spite really. I would just be afraid to do my job because at some point I may have to shoot a black person and you never know when the next outrage will be.

There are cases where the NYPD is clearly wrong.

What happened to Eric Garner shouldn’t have happened. He played a large part in it by resisting arrest. He should have been beaten into submission instead of choked. Aside from that, NYC’s policies are ridiculous and the officers shouldn’t have had to arrest him in the first place.

What happened to Akai Gurley is unforgivable, and when that officer goes to trial I hope he at least gets involuntary manslaughter. A man is dead because he was scared. Mistake or not, he should have known better than to shoot at someone sight unseen in the dark.

The next outrage may or may not be the officer’s fault, but what cop who walks the beat would want to stick around and take a chance on becoming the next big story or the next one killed in “retaliation”?

S. Korean pilots can have how many nonograms per milliliter of blood? Of course when they fly in the USA there is no limit since the FAA doesn’t have any authority to check them.
http://www.si.com/college-football/2015/01/10/oregon-ducks-darren-carrington-drug-suspension?xid=si_topstories
“The NCAA’s marijuana testing thresholds appear antiquated compared to those in other sports leagues. According to an NCAA spokesperson, a positive marijuana test comes from a sample with more than five nanograms of THC — the main ingredient in marijuana — per milliliter of blood.

What does that mean? And what’s the timing between when a person can smoke and produce a positive test? Those are simple questions with complex answers given the variance in body types, sizes and amount of marijuana consumed.

The easiest way to quantify how strict the NCAA’s threshold is: Compare it to the threshold from other sports. The NFL increased its minimum threshold from 15 nanograms to 35 in September. The MLB’s minimum is 50 nanograms, the same level as airline pilots. The World Anti-Doping Agency set its minimum at 150 nanograms, a level at which an expert contacted by USA Today was quoted as saying, “[one has to be a] pretty dedicated cannabis consumer” to test positive.

From doing research and talking to experts, it’s difficult to pin down what flags a test at a given level. A daily smoker carries five nanograms of THC at most times. Mason Tyvert, the director of communications for the Marijuana Policy Project, called the NCAA’s levels “a very, very low threshold.” He added, “Someone could fail even if they last used days or possibly weeks ago.”

So, does the NCAA need to change with the times?

NYPD Quick to Resort to Chokeholds, Inspector General Finds…DUUUUUH, EGGHEAD/chickenhead!!!!

Careful, Tbone.

Considering the frequent use of chokeholds, there could easily be a civil rights lawsuit filed against you by your diick.

…with additional hate crime penalties due to victim being a pygmy.

None-the-less, I stand with you shoulder-to-shoulder against the quick violence many thug policemen look for any excuse to use.

I understand cops are busy and want to resolve situations as quickly as possible with the least potential danger to themselves.

A problem is that cops insert themselves into too many situations they are not needed or wanted… causing resentment in the population… causing verbal conflict… causing quick violence… causing further resentment.

Somewhere along the way, “to protect and serve” has been lost. Some of this is the fault of police promoting the special forces thug mentality… and some of this is due to too many petty laws that are instituted for purposes of control rather than protection… and some of this is due to citizens screaming about their rights while neglecting their responsibilities.

And those factors are all self re-enforcing as they circle society’s toilet bowl.

But complaining about the police doing their job without considering the laws they must enforce or the actions and attitude of those they deal with is not going to solve any problems.

This is a pretty good summary of the problems.

It isn’t a one size fits all kind of issue. It’s more like a perfect storm of irrational, irresponsible behavior from various members of all parties: law enforcement, politicians, and citizenry.

To speak on the states that suck off the federal teat, I can think of at least one possible reason TN would rank high up on the list and probably some of the other states.

If they are including tax returns and credits, TN has a very low cost of living and consequently lower wages. This would probably reflect on the tax refunds given to TN residents as I don’t think the IRS adjusts income level brackets based on location.

$30,000 a year is not a bad salary in TN, while it would be much worse for a resident of New England for instance.

Also, federal projects or military base employees within a state receive federal funding which may appear to be federal aid to a state.

Undoubtedly, there are many people on food stamps, though. Especially in eastern TN, which seems to be neglected while western and middle TN (which have much of the population) get much of the attention from state lawmakers.

“Where Did The $13.5 Billion Go”

It didn’t go anywhere because it never really existed… at least by the time it got to Haiti.

Most of that is used up in pay, expense accounts, and fancy new equipment for the aid workers who go down and poke around looking busy.

I have a friend in that racket… he was even in Haiti after the earthquake. He makes over a hundred grand a year, plus all sorts of benifits… and the fundraisers he organized cost more than the money they spent in Haiti to build some kind of flimsy temporary building designed by a Stateside crony who got paid more to design something (that any Architecture 101 student could have done) than the actual cost of the building.

I wouldn’t give a dime to any organized charity.

South Korean troops form combined division with U.S. Army

{The Korean officers will be added to each of the division’s core staffs, from the G-1 (personnel) through G-9 (civil affairs), Vandal said.
“They’ll either have the staff lead or they’ll be the deputy in every one of their positions,” he said.}

Interesting, wonder how effective it is to have a staff primary in say the G-35 who can’t look at anything SECRET NOFORN or how about a useful a Deputy G-6 will be regarding anything with tactical network planning.

{“They all speak English well, they’ve all been schooled in the U.S. professional military education system,” he said, adding that one of the Korean colonels just last summer graduated from the U.S. Army War College.}

Sooo not really combined so much as some token guys absorbed throughout the G-Staff? I don’t see anywhere in the story about any learning of Korean language or military schools. Pretty one-sided combination.

{The combined division and its headquarters will initially be at Camp Red Cloud in Uijeonbu. In 2016, it is slated to move to Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtak.}

Al Sharpton obviously is what he is. Those around him are:

– too stupid to recognize this, making them unimportant

– racist agitators who deserve any discrimination, misfortune, and misery they get

– manipulators pushing their own agendas which will hopefully fail for the good of the nation

By default, anything that Sharpton says gets an opposite reaction. if he claims there are too many white Oscars, consideration should be given to banning blacks from the event.

Congradulations, Obama.

Instead of being the first white/black president and using your ONLY real “qualification” to unite the racial divide, you have given unlimited credibility to the likes of Sharpton and outsourced further racial division.

Computer analysis of online comments sections shows “white” America is tired of manufactured racism being pushed on everyone… and is now becoming more “racist”… not toward black individuals, but toward the “black community”… hoping for deeper poverty, misery, and contained violence.

Then again, the best actors of any color probably don’t put much stock in awards.

Awards and box office sales aren’t always indicative of the quality of a film or the actors’ performances.

Florida police caught using black men mugshots for target practice at firing range – police are “concerned” but say they did nothing wrong or the usual…”It was by the book.”
http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2015/01/16/florida-police-department-caught-using-african-american-mug-shots-for-target-practice/
“…But the day National Guard Sgt. Valerie Deant showed up, she saw only African Americans. And what really upset her was that among the mug shots riddled with bullet holes was one of her own brother, who had been arrested 15 years earlier in connection with a drag racing incident that resulted in two deaths.
“I was like why is my brother being used for target practice?” Deant told the TV station. She called her brother, Woody Deant, who said he was “speechless….The picture actually has like bullet holes,” Woody Deant said. “One in my forehead and one in my eye.”
“Now I’m being used as a target?” he told the station. Woody Deant served four years in prison and said “I’m not even living that life according to how they portrayed me as. I’m a father. I’m a husband. I’m a career man. I work 9-to-5.”

“Our policies were not violated,” Chief Dennis told the station. “There is no discipline forthcoming from the individuals regarding this….We utilize an array of pictures…We have an array for black males. We have an array for white and Hispanic males.”

“What we are very very concerned about…is that it happened to be someone arrested by this agency. That individual would be someone who would be on the streets of North Miami Beach.”

“EGGHEAD creating his own headlines, what you’ve provided is not “target practice.””

I guess you are right, Tbone. It seems murdering a mother and daughter while fleeing an organized armed robbery is not really “target practice”. It seems like it could be considered to be worse… but that is just my own opinion. What’s your take on it?

Target practice on black faces or murdering white people?

How about target practice on white faces or murdering black people?

Any opinion on how that all ranks in the outrage department?

Anyway…

Let’s look at this “black man used as targets” situation a little more.

“Their target, a row of black men, which the snipers left behind at the stand, was one of many. There are also groups of white males, Hispanic males and white women.”

Wait? There were not just black men as the media would have everyone to believe? It was an Equal Opportunity target shooting after all?

So why would they have a grouping of same-race faces on targets?

“The idea is to have an array of photos with faces that look similar, so the sniper can practice exactly picking out the right target and avoid killing the wrong person in a real-life situation.”

Ah. So there were other targets with groups of whites, Hispanics, and women… and the sniper had to make a quick decision which target was correct. Why, that sounds like good training.

Of course, it is unnecessary training… as the correct action would just be to shoot ALL the black people and let the white ones go like a good racist cop, right, Tbone? They only let white cops be snipers anyway for that reason.

Tiring… and, in theory, Tbone can potentially vote. This is why we can’t have nice things… like a civil society.

The more this nonsense get perpetuated, the larger the racial divide becomes… and also the educational divide and the common sense divide… as a lot of stupid white people get worked up about imaginary racism as well. This probably also correlates with an income divide.

Whatever.

While Tbone and the hoodrats fret over imaginary racism and other things they will never fully understand, everyone else is bringing home a paycheck.

Off you go to serve some fries, Tbone, while muttering about all the evil racists.

Alabama law HB494 ~ Alabama = GOP state that likes controlling female bodies.
Daily Show Examines ‘Attorneys for Fetuses’ in Alabama (January 16th 2015)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15U5Jq4U8rQ
“The A.C.L.U. is adamantly fighting this thinly disguised ruse to deprive women of the right to an abortion. It is especially aimed at teenagers, who already must get the consent of their parents to terminate a pregnancy. The law enables the fetus’ lawyer to call the boyfriend, the boyfriend’s parents, the basketball coach, whomever, to testify. The lawyer can also just run out the clock making unwanted motherhood the only choice.

All this in a state that is totally broke, and in which many poor adult defendants cannot get legal representation.”

Tbone,

How does the government assert its power over the citizens?

By making them suffer. Obedience is not enough. Unless they are suffering, how can the government be sure that they are obeying its will and not their own? Power is in inflicting pain and humiliation.

Republicans have mastered this skill openly against the poor.

Democrats are quickly mastering this skill against the middle class… and so are the Republicans.

Democrats long ago mastered this skill against the poor by stealth.

Nonetheless, I’m sorry to see you push such severe racist policies… as women of color are 5 times more likely to get an abortion than white women. Compassionate conservatives are working hard to save innocent minority babies from being slaughtered in cold blood by murderous liberals and progressives.

Democrats loudly proclaim freedom yet fight at every chance for the organized genocide of minority babies.

Again, Democrats long ago mastered the skill of inflicting suffering against the poor by stealth.

Disclaimer: The concept of demonstrating power through inflicting suffering is not my own. Perhaps some of you will recognize this… at least those of you who attended high school.

P.S. I’m guessing Tbone had no further comment on sniper training… as there is no (sensible) comment possible.

“P.S. I’m guessing Tbone had no further comment on sniper training… as there is no (sensible) comment possible.”

You really are an EGGHEAD, I commented on “target practice” and you created your own headline in an attempt to compare your(crime) story to “BY the BOOK(non crime) POLICE target practice” followed by your typical exhaustive gibberish but it didn’t cause me to further comment. Again, sorry for your sadness.

Lost in all the noise and nonsense: “CH = Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. is quite suddenly on my Good List.”

http://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/holder-ends-seized-asset-sharing-process-that-split-billions-with-local-state-police/2015/01/16/0e7ca058-99d4-11e4-bcfb-059ec7a93ddc_story.html?hpid=z1

It is worth repeating. this is a huge victory on the path to returning America to a path of freedom and rule of law. I can’t overstate how big this is. I guess there are people in government who see the wrongs and on occasion attempt to correct them. It’s a feel good story. One can’t help but wonder with the spotlight on the police and justice system (whether you agree with the reason(s) or not) had something to do with this.

“Lost in all the noise and nonsense: “CH = Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr.”

Lost by chicken/EGGHEAD because he don’t wanna give the black man too much credit.

Do you remember the forever and all the time “By the Book” Police actions???
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLQjkNjb-YQs

EGGHEAD still hasn’t answered whether he’d like his brother/sister/relative…used as police “target practice.” He’s more caught up in changing headlines and complaining that people don’t react or aren’t “outraged” at his own perceived happenings.

I guess my question and more doesn’t count as a comment about “target practice.” F****** EGGHEADS!!!

Well, Tbone, it looks like the whole “using blacks for target practice” was a fully manufactured non-issue that you got suckered into (yet again).

Being that your understanding and opinion of the situation was fully incorrect, it is understandable that you would have no rational comment.

I guess (yet again) it is time for you to STFU and get back to serving those fries.

Leon, I don’t know what to make of this Holder situation.

I would like to believe this is being done to increase justice and strengthen the rule of law by someone who cares about America.

But that would be out of character. I have seen little concern on these issues from him. He has had years to do this.

Somehow, it seems more likely it is being done to screw “racist” or “right-leaning” police departments who have become dependent on the easy money of trolling for assets to seize rather than protecting and serving.

This seems like it might just be another little ploy in the ongoing police-liberal administration conflict. Holder is better known for championing black thugs engaged in criminal behavior over the police doing their jobs lawfully.

Whatever the case, his likely replacement has been a big supporter of groundless asset seizure. We will see where that goes.

Until then, infighting among the enemies of freedom and justice in America is everyone’s gain.

“STFU”

Some American you are, you’re more like the Muslim mafia, the Pope(who says freedom of speech is a human right but at the same time says he’d punch you if you cursed his mother), Bill(bigot, proponent of pedophilia, and president of the Catholic League in the United States since 1993) Donahue who says Muslims are correct on Charlie Hebdo, and Chris Christie(New Jersey Bridge-Gate GOP), who told an Iowan in Iowa to sit down and shut up in response to a question.

Should Charlie Hebdo STFU too? You call for justice but would like to deny Americans of free speech whenever it’s best for you. What a small-minded dummy you are! Whenever I hear someone say such a thing(“STFU”) I know they’re a thug or worse. chicken/EGGHEAD is worse than a thug!!!

You aren’t good enough to tell me to do such a thing azzhole!

“Well, Tbone, it looks like the whole “using blacks for target practice” was a fully manufactured non-issue that you got suckered into (yet again).”

The police chief said “the police used poor judgement.” How is this a non-issue, just because you don’t think so?

Tell that to the black man walking the local streets today who was caught drag racing 10+ years ago whom the police say is a suspect.(therefore “By the Book” can use his old mugshot)…
“He(police chief) told NBC that using real suspect images was an important part of training for his sniper team and that his officers had not violated any policies.”

Oh, and you still haven’t answered my very simple question dummy!

“the police used poor judgement.”

…in leaving the target on the range after use… not in using the target.

As to your question, Tbone, I would be proud for the police to use my face on targets… and I would brag to anyone who would see the humor in it.

“I’ve been shot more times than Tbone’s azz in the jailhouse shower.”

I suspect most of the people who would find this personally offensive have self esteem issues.

I suspect most people who get easily offended over anything have self esteem issues.

Even you, when told to Successfully Travel Forever Upward (STFU), you freak out like a child… ashamed of your lowly position in society and fully realizing you may never advance beyond where you are now.

So, I take it back. Don’t better yourself in any way.

Just shut the hell up (STHU).
