North Korea (and the world) needs more pure free enterprise rather than what currently passes for capitalism.
With free enterprise, everybody will grow crops and sell them for a profit… increasing productivity and generating money to spend in other places.
With capitalism, everybody will toil on a factory farm at subsistence wage and buy premium price food at the store. The profit will be made by the farm capitalists and store capitalists… not much different than the current arrangement with state-run farms.
True capitalism is very, very necessary… but the current global trend of fake crony capitalism, combined with wide scale discouragement of free enterprise, has produced a perverted system that is starting to crack… and the blame is going to the “failures of capitalism”…
…with even worse crony socialism being the offered solution.
